Release the stress of traveling with a full-day ticket to all 18 zones of the Aqua Club Termal in Adeje, Europe’s largest urban spa.
Explore all 1,000 square meters of the facility, including whirlpools, a Turkish Bath, and a footspa.
Exit the locker rooms through pools of cleansing water, and enter the pool area to find an instructor who will explain the order of the 2 hours spa circuit. The large pool is kept at a temperature of 34°C, while the 2 jacuzzis are maintained at 38 °C. Enjoy the 375 streams and cross-current river of the stream area to activate your gluteal area. Then, relax on the poolside beds.
Let off some steam in the Turkish Baths (45°C), and cleanse yourself with essential oils in the Temple of Showers. Next, float in the sea salt pool of the Flotarium (36°C), before going to the footbath to indulge your tired legs (especially recommended for pregnant women). Other facilities at your disposal include a mineral dew area and Finnish sauna (90°C). Between these 2 areas you will find 2 whirlpool baths and a toning pool (10°C).
Consistent with a respect for the environment, only ecological chlorine with sea salt extracts are used in the water, which is not just environmentally friendly but beneficial to the eyes, hair and skin.

Easy to get to from Torviscas.
We got a taxi there and walked back while feeling nice and relaxed after the spa. There were only a handful of people using the facilities while we were there so it was easy with no waiting. The water in the jacuzzi was bubbling hot and very nice. The main pool, plunge pool and sauna room were all spotlessly clean. It was a quick but relaxing 2 hours. Highly recommend a visit if you’re staying near by.

Chaotic at front desk. very busy due to Storm Hermine. Lots of the spa facilities shut due to flooding or leak from the constant rain outside. Overcrowded flotation pool. No guided tour as advertised, of the thermal circuit. No Balinese beds on offer (vip only). Too pricey for what we got. On a positive, enjoyed myself there and it cache is something to do during the storm, but next time would like to try the Hard Rock spa.

The site is spacious and clean.
The number of clients was such that it allowed us to move around the pools with great freedom, making the experience even more pleasant. On the other hand, I must say that we did not find a monitor to explain to us the order that we should have followed along the circuit during the 2 hours in the venue. A detail to pay attention to.

We flew to Tenerife at the end of April, but the weather this time was changeable, which was the reason for looking for a SPA not only to relax and unwind, but also to spend time with health benefits. Our friends recommended SPA Azules de Nivaria to us, which is located on the territory of the Roca Nivaria Hotel, Playa Paraíso.

SPA is a very harmonious environment, calm music, quite spacious area. The staff is just wonderful: both the administrators of the hall and the masters. Attentive, friendly and professional. The spa center offers a fairly wide range of services: massages according to preferences (and taking into account the state of health), facials, manicures, pedicures, a hairdresser, children’s massages for charming princesses and princes, and also, which impressed me, aesthetic medicine services. You will always be offered tea or champagne and clarify all your wishes. A holiday for the body and soul is definitely provided here. I personally opted for the facial, while my husband, of course, opted for the therapeutic massage. Both of us were very pleased. Before the massage, we “tested” everything that is available in the relaxation zone for beauty and health: contrast and circular showers, a pool with sea water, but at the same time with comfortable warm water, a wonderful floatarium with the addition of Dead Sea salt, a Finnish sauna (if desired for wellness procedures, ice is attached, there is also a pool with ice water), a Roman thermal bath and a hammam; heated sunbeds. .. But what impresses most in the SPA is the view from the window during the day, but especially in the evening – you can see the neighboring island of La Gomera, in the romantic colors of the sunset, and the illumination around the pool gives a special charm to what you see. Pleasure for an esthete)

Cute, affordable spa
The spa is very cozy. There are different showers, and a sauna, and a Roman Turkish bath. Sometimes something may not work at some point. They are repairing. There are massages, you need to come and book in advance. There are promotions, if you order a massage, then the entrance to the spa is already free. Stay inside without restrictions. There is a jacuzzi and outdoor loungers. The place is pleasant and cozy. Located at the Takande Hotel.

Excellent gym.
Yesterday I visited this gym, which I found thanks to tripadvisor. The hall was great! Bright, clean, spacious, air-conditioned. An excellent set of simulators, barbells and benches for all types of bench press, a free weight zone, a power rack, a Smith machine and a Scott bench. You can work out all muscle groups in a comfortable environment.
This is the first proper gym I found in Spain and probably the best one in Tenerife! Before him, in Tenerife, I visited Tenerife Top Training, there are generally inadequate guys: they want to get 45 € from you for one workout, although they don’t even have a normal gym, only two barbells, one bench for bench press and 6-8 pieces of prehistoric simulators, which I saw for the first time in my life.
So, don’t waste your time with T3 (Tenerife Top Training), but go straight to Clan Fitness. nine0005 One visit here 5€, take your own towel or rent one here for 1€, shoes must be closed. Locker and shower at your disposal, paper towels in the hall. Clean up after yourself or if you can’t, ask the front desk girls to help you😉👍
