Great schools, Great shopping and helpful staff.
We moved to Florida a couple months ago. Crowntree Lakes is perfect. The elementary school is great! I love the 10 minute drive to the airport and shopping in the Lee Vista area is so convenient. My little girl loves visiting the gym with her daddy and taking mid day swims in the pool.We are looking forward to the new daycare opening next year! My family feels super safe, its super quiet at all times. After visiting tons of places, we are super pleased with our choice. Thanks to the leasing company for helping us move with so much ease.

Awesome place to live
While searching for an apartment to live in while my child finishes his Senior year of high school I found the perfect location. Crowntree has been the perfect place. Spacious apartment. Quiet Place to Live
I am new to the community … moved in the beginning of August in building 5. Friendly staff and great location to the airport and shopping malls. My leasing agent Bridget was awesome and answered any and all questions I had and made the move very easy. Would recommend it to anyone that is looking for large units, quiet community and great customer service.

Great property
I have lived her for about a yr, I have no complaints. When i request for things to get done, or need help from the office they tend to be very quick on an answer. The people here are super friendly, and its a good environment to live in. There is a middle school pretty close which is SUPER convenient if you have kiddos, also the wawa lol.
Dont take my word for it, come and check out the property for your self, im sure you will not be disappointed.

Great Place
We have lived here for about 4 months. We have really enjoyed it. The office managers are friendly and helpful. The Clubhouse has a bunch of luxury level amenities, and the apartments are nicely kept. When we moved in our carpet was clean (which was my biggest concern). The seller for us (as we were looking at multiple complexes) was the ability to either have a balcony or to have that same extra space, but for it to be enclosed (they call it a solarium). It is a great extra space for our family!

Hidden Gem
I’ve lived at Crowntree Lakes for almost 2 years now. When I first discovered it, it was like a hidden gem compared to the other overly-expensive apartments in the area. They are very close to luxury apartments (minus marble countertops and hardwood floors – though some select units have hard wood). Very clean community, the giant bathtub is awesome, as well as the large gym. The only things I’d change is that sometimes, depending on what time you get home, there’s a lack of parking spaces. They can also be noisy, depending on if you live by the main entrance gate. Other than that it’s pretty comfortable. A lot of families and good people.

luxury living at low cost
Moved in 8/8/15. Staff is extremely friendly and always willing to help solve a problem with a smile. Maintenance team is efficient. Property is kept clean at all times. Apartments are spacious, bathrooms are nice, and kitchen is up to date and very nice. The gym is 24hrs which is very convenient it has everything you need for a full body workout. Pool is always clean and clear. Hands down the best place I’ve lived in in Orlando.

Above and beyond
I have lived in 3 other top apartment complexes, and none have compared to Crowntree lakes. Natalie has made my move in process super easy, and is always there to answer my questions. If she isn’t there there are other knowledgeable people who can help. Maintenance orders are answered promptly by the awesome maintenance team. The complex is always clean. Pool is clear and opened later than most other complexes. I can work out late at night or early in the morning because the gym is 24hrs. If I ever decide to have a party i can do so at either the club house or the movie theater (which is so cool). And they have easy payment options in person or online at NO additional cost! The apartments themselves are up to date and extremely spacious, my favorite place is the jacuzzi size tub. In my 5 yrs living in Orlando this is my favorite apartment complex, I will be renewing when it is time.

  The price is based on the size of the rooms and the size of the beds, which are not available as such for this price. The word Lux, alas, is just a word. When traveling with children, it is sometimes impossible to take 2 rooms, but I was surprised by the price for 3 dor blankets. Unfortunately, such prices are unacceptable for residents of the republic, for tourists, maybe, but not for locals

  Still, for 8.000 per day, it seems to me, you can clean the room every day, at least check the availability of toiletries, paper, dry towels

  The room had two separate beds (so booked on purpose), but a bit small, narrow they are somehow 🙂

  Stayed for four nights. The hotel is very well located, 5 minutes walk to the Cheget glade. We went to Azau by car. I liked the hotel, the price-quality is adequate, clean, quiet, the size of the room is normal. Breakfast is good, ordered dinner – tasty and plentiful. The most important thing is nature and of course Elbrus! We strongly recommend this hotel. nine0005

  We were first told that cards were not accepted for payment. In response to our surprise and complaint that the nearest ATM is not far away, the card reader reluctantly appeared from under the counter. Due to the “off-season” menu choice was not rich, but tasty.

  The hotel is located right at the turn to the Cheget glade from the main highway to Azau. There is a road nearby, but there is practically no noise from it – all the more, everything is drowned out by the Baksan River, which flows nearby. On the other side of the hotel there is a beautiful pine forest with an ecological path along the river. You can walk in one direction and the other – right up to Azau. The ski lift to Cheget is within walking distance. The staff is friendly. Wonderful, kindest co-workers in the kitchen. Were in the “off season” – very calm and quiet. In good weather, you can see the tops of Elbrus right from the balcony 🙂

  nine0004 Of the minuses: large gaps under the door to the room, because of which you can hear everything that happens in the corridor. Luckily no one made a lot of noise, just heard the conversations.
  There is no air conditioning, they opened the window and the balcony, but from time to time someone smoked on the street, the smell was drawn into the room.
  We lived for 10 days, there was no cleaning during all this time. As I understand it, you need to ask at the reception to clean the room, and give the key for this.
  They didn’t give a check for paying for the room, apparently, you need to pronounce it separately (payment only in cash, cards are not accepted).
  The room lacked a refrigerator, food was stored on the balcony (at night the temperature dropped to +8 . .. +10). nine0005

  The hotel has a good location. 5 minutes walk to the Cheget glade, where there are shops and cafes, as well as a cable car to Mount Cheget. 20 minutes to the village of Terskol, from where the ascents to the waterfalls Maiden Spit and Terskol begin. Near the hotel, an eco-trail to the Narzanov glade begins, and across the road – a trail to the Azau waterfall.
  The room was relatively clean, white linen, 4 towels for two, slippers, hair dryer, as well as a kettle, coffee cups. There is a balcony, lived with access to the road, it was not noisy. The hotel has its own restaurant, it is possible to pay for buffet breakfast.
  A transfer to Kislovodsk was also required, the hotel provided a car and a driver (additional charge).
  In general, I recommend the hotel for a holiday in the Elbous region. nine0005

  Breakfast must be booked the day before. There was a short queue for food. And on the first day we did not have time to book. There is no fridge in the room, but there shouldn’t have been. There were problems with wifi on the floor.
