Costa adeje water park: Aqualand Costa Adeje | Aqualand Tenerife Water Park
Polin Waterparks – Water Park Supplier
Polin is proud to announce that its Twisted Racer Waterslide will debut in Aqualand Costa Adeje located in Costa Adeje, Tenerife, Spain. It is slated to be open to the public mid-August.
The Twisted Racer is the latest in many additions that Polin has provided to Aqualand waterparks in Europe these past few years. It was just last year that Aqualand Bassind’Arcachon and Aqualand St. Syr. Sur Mer decided to expand. In 2011, they chose Polin as their water slide supplier to create two unique rides for the parks. Now one year later, the owner of Aqualand Waterparks, Aspro Group – the largest operator of leisure parks and centers in Europe – decided on a wider expansion plan, this time covering six of their parks, 5 in France and this latest addition in Spain. The group retained Polin as their water park supplier.
Aqualand is the biggest waterpark chain in Europe with 20 waterparks in France, Portugal, Finland, Switzerland and Spain. Aqualand belongs to Aspro Group, the largest operator of leisure parks and centers in Europe. Aspro Group, founded in October 1991, currently operates a total of 41 parks and centers throughout Europe. Aqualand runs 9 parks in France. Over the years, Aqualand Waterparks have proved to be the leading waterpark chain in Europe by offering some of the newest and most exciting attractions available.
Costa Adeje is a newly renovated resort area in Tenerife, one of the Canary Islands, and part of the province of Santa Cruz de Tenerife, Spain.Entertainment is not hard to find on the island, for families and children the options are endless.
Twisted Racer, Straightened Smiles!
Starting with enclosed twister slides and transforming into the high speed multiracer lanes, Twister Racer –first in Europe – is the newest addition at the park. To engineer this ride, Polin combined its popular Twister slide with a head-first mat racer multi-lane slide. With this combo the rider can experience two rides at once! This high capacity, high speed mat racer ride allows four riders at a time to experience the thrill at Costa Adeje. Configuration allows 2-4-6-8-10 lanes as well.
Twister Racer is built using Polin’s closed molded RTM (resin Transfer Molding) technology which makes the slide perfectly shiny on both sides and the Twister Racer also features Polin’s patented Natural Lights Effects technology on all four slides. Pedro Cantero, Regional Manager, Canary Island said“We are excited to bring the Twister Racer to Aqualand Costa Adejethis summer and also for being the first waterpark in Europe to feature this slide.”
Aqualand Costa Adeje was founded in 1985 and is the only water park witha dolphinarium on the island of Tenerife. The dolphinarium has won The Best Show in the World award at IMATA (International Marine Animal Trainers’ Association). Aqualand Costa Adeje covers approximately 55,000 square meters which include eight rides for the adrenaline seekers, four rides for the Kidzworld, two family fun rides, and two rides for their “Chill out & Play” area. Bilge Pakis, Senior Architect, Polin says: “Polin is now proud to have its own Twister Racer as a ride for adrenaline seekers in Aqualand Costa Adeje. This is a high end design and engineering ride”. Pedro Cantero added: “We are delighted to work with Polin on this latest project. We are sure that our riders will be just as excited as we are to experience the Twister Racer and make it one of the most popular rides in our park this summer.”

Family holidays with children in Adeje. Where to go, what to see with a child
Hotel search in Adeje
Adeje is a popular route with tourists, and is very suitable for spending time with young citizens. In addition to the fact that the city itself presents a large number of opportunities for entertainment, you can go to explore the nearby surroundings. For example, visit Octopus Aquapark if a tourist passes by Costa Adeje. Here you can find entertainment for all ages. In addition to this institution, you can also visit Transilvania Kafe – children who love “scary” themes should certainly like the atmosphere that prevails here. Another interesting place in Costa Adeje is Cook&Taste, where you can learn cooking from culinary masters, and children will be pleased to eat a dish prepared by their parents.
In addition to stylish resort hotels, guests of Adeje can stay in very interesting villas. One of the most popular is Villa María Tipo. It is located on the territory of a popular golf … Open
Adeje has a beautiful Siam Park. This is a water park where not only the smallest children, but even teenagers will be happy – you can be sure of that. It is considered the best water park on the entire island. If tourists come with babies, then you can take them here too: the fact is that for toddlers there are separate areas with small slides and shallow pools. In addition, the design of the water park in green style deserves attention – it seems as if this is not a water park, but a real jungle. There are few places where you can hear this amount of children’s laughter, and this is exactly the place where children will want to return again and again (however, it is worth doing until the vacation is over).
Near the water park you can find Caldera del Rey – a place where you can ride horses. And, of course, on a pony, which will please any child. Also nearby is Aqualand Costa Adeje – another water park, for those for whom the Siam park is not enough. If you drive to the southeast, then you should definitely visit Jungle Park, where you can look at the wild inhabitants of the fauna (tigers, eagles, porcupines). The cable car, which has become a kind of hallmark of the place, is especially popular. Copyright www.orangesmile.com
There are many amazing hotels in Adeje that will amaze you with their original design. The luxurious Hotel Baobab Suites is decorated in a harmonious modern style. It is within walking distance of … Open
South of Adeje, in the city of Arona, you can visit the Vivo Mini Golf. Here, time will fly by quite unnoticed, and the eye will be pleased with the beautiful design of the institution. And having looked into this city, it is also worth visiting Camel Park, a small farm with camels (as the name implies). Children – from young to old – are delighted with these representatives of the fauna, and for good reason: they are so funny. The place is very calm and pleasant. In addition to the fact that you can see and feed the camels, the real pleasure will be the opportunity to ride them – but you should definitely not miss it.
And, of course, what is a holiday in Adeje without visiting the beaches? It is worth taking a walk along Playa Paraiso, and seeing such representatives of the marine fauna as dolphins will be an excellent addition to the rest. On the territory of the city there is a marine conservation area called The Ocean Dream’s Factory, where you can look at little turtles, which means that this is another place that must be visited with children. But Playa del Puertito seems to have been specially created by nature so that everyone has a place where he could relax his soul. Children really like it here because they can look at the marine life. But El Duque beach will be a great place for those who want to sunbathe in the sun with their children and play beach sports.
Luxury resort hotels in Adeje will satisfy the most demanding guests. Dream Hotel Gran Tacande & Spa is located on the coast and is a true epitome of modern luxury and … Open
If you go to Los Christianos (it is located south of Adeje, on the very coast of the Atlantic Ocean), you can stumble upon Monkey Park. Here, as you might guess, small monkeys welcome small citizens. In addition to them, you can “squeeze” lemurs, parrots. The territory of the institution is not the largest, but there is definitely something to see here, and besides, it is very pleasant to spend time here. Arona Beach Park is also worth a visit. Here, children will have a great opportunity to jump on trampolines, have fun in a bouncy castle or ride a rubber band. Well, while the children will do all this, adults can drink tea or coffee. There is also the Music Hall Tavern, where you can often see interesting shows for the whole family, you just have to follow the poster.
