  A bar up in a lighthouse is a great idea. The drinks are par but the sights out awesome. The entrance is somewhat hidden due to all the other business on the Marina boardwalk. You can take the stairs or an small elevator, either way will take you to the veiw. You can see cruise ships if they are in port or tops of many of the hotels in the neighborhood. Go up and have a drink

  A nice little bar at the top of a lighthouse that gices you a GREAT view of the marina. The food is only little TAPAS plates that are just ok. Drinks are good though =)

  The views from the bar at the top are incredible, but be patient in getting there at took us over 30 minutes waiting to get in as is was happy hour and the bar had reached maximum safety capacity and it was necessary for people to leave in order to make room for us. Like many touristy places here the prices are higher, so be prepared if you’re here to get serious at the bar. There is a menu for bar snacks which came in handy because we were both more hungry than wanting an alcoholic beverage. I recommend to come around 5:00 before they get crowded and you’ll be able to get a good seat for one of our famous sunsets on Banderas Bay.

Lovely hotel in an unfortunate location. Were at the Ocean El Faro 5 * hotel from 03/26/19 to 04/05/19 as part of 2 adults and 2 children. flight Tour operator Pegas, Nordwind Airlines Departed without delay, everything was on schedule. Seat arrangement 3+4+3. We had 3 seats side by side on the middle row and 1 seat across the aisle, we didn’t pay for the seats. During the flight, the children were presented with a set of coloring books, puzzles, pencils… I do not know for sure, our children did not use the gift. Also, during the flight, a blanket was provided, not for everyone, selectively, but it’s good that there was no need for it, the temperature was comfortable. Feed once. We knew about this, so we took sandwiches, dried fruit and nut cocktails with us. Approximately two hours before boarding, questionnaires for customs will be distributed, you need to have pens with you. The flight is about 12 hours. There are no TVs. Transfer to the hotel. Everything is clear enough. We left the airport, immediately saw those meeting from Pegasus, found out the bus number, found it, waited for all the people and set off. Ocean and beach Dirty yellow sand. There are a lot of sun loungers, there are always free ones. You can’t swim in the ocean because of the big waves. For those who cannot swim or swim poorly, it is better not to enter the water at all, it is dangerous! The beach is mostly clean, algae were not seen in large quantities. But we spent most of the time at the pools, since you still can’t swim in the ocean, so we were rarely on the beach. It is better to take “corals”. Everyone advises a lagoon 150-200 meters to the left along the beach, behind the construction site. Indeed, there are no waves, but I did not see clean water there either. First of all, we put on the bracelets in accordance with the chosen program, then we were taken to the safes, where you need to put all your things, including all the devices (it’s mandatory, in no case you can’t use a phone, a camera !!!), jewelry (I didn’t understand , for which they forced to remove the chain and earrings, with the same contact that was with the dolphin, it is not possible to lose the jewelry or in any way harm the dolphin with them). On the way to the safes, we took photos with parrots. While it was clear and sunny, everyone was forced to sit on the benches and wait for the weather from the sea, in the truest sense of the word, as it was announced that the sea was too rough. When the sky was overcast, the show with the sea lion began. He is well done, he worked out his program for five! After the show, photographs are taken against the backdrop of the dolphinarium without fail, this cannot be avoided. It is also proposed to take a photo with a kiss of a sea lion. And, finally, when the weather finally turned bad, divided into groups of 12 people, we went to the dolphins. In the Pegasus price list, this excursion is called the Caribbean Cruise + Saona, the cost is $159 per adult and $80 per child (from 4 to 12 years old). The trip to the dolphinarium was still fresh in my memory, so we didn’t go with Pegasus, we went with Two Bananas. They charge $90 per adult and $55 per child. I liked everything!
