Iberostar Playa Gaviotas is an All Inclusive hotel in Jandia, a popular seaside resort on the island of Fuerteventura. The family-friendly hotel offers a wide range of daily activities for kids and adults, and is a short walk from Jandia Beach, a white-sand beach with calm waters for swimming. A short drive from the hotel you can find Jandia Golf Course and the resort centre of Morro Jable, home to a number of restaurants, bars and nightclubs. Iberostar Playa Gaviotas has three pools, including an infinity pool overlooking the Atlantic Ocean, an activity pool and a dedicated pool for children. Balinese beds on the palm tree-dotted sun terrace provide the opportunity to relax, while a gym and organised activities including beach volleyball, football, tennis, aerobics and basketball allow you to stay active throughout your holiday. If you’re looking to unwind, you can use the heated whirlpool or neighbouring hotel spa, which has a sauna and Turkish bath. At the spa you relax with a massage or beauty treatment, such as a deep cleansing facial, manicure or pedicure. For younger guests, Iberostar Playa Gaviotas has a kids and teen club where children can make new friends and enjoy face painting and water games, as well as a games room with consoles. Six evenings of the week, the hotel puts on family-friendly entertainment such as live shows and karaoke. Iberostar Playa Gaviotas has five bars and two restaurants, a buffet and a’ la carte restaurant, that offer international, Italian, and Mediterranean cuisines. A children’s menu is available during lunch and dinner, and drinks and snacks are available throughout the day.

Iberostar Playa Gaviotas is a 200m walk from Jandia Beach and 4km from Morro Jable, a former fishing village on the southern tip of the island. From Morro Jable you can visit Playa del Matorral, a wide sandy beach with clear waters backed by greenery, which has a lighthouse and the skeleton of a sperm whale on display. Jandia Natural Park is a 13km drive from the hotel and is filled with natural pools, sand dunes, and native flora and fauna. Costa Calma is 18km away from the hotel and offers a bustling nightlife with many shops, bars, restaurants and nightclubs. If you fancy a day trip, the island capital of Puerto Rosario is an 86km drive from the hotel. Here you can browse designer boutiques at Central Comercial las Rotondas, admire modern art at the outdoor sculpture park, learn about local history at the Miguel de Unamuno House Museum or relax on the sands of Playa Chica.

At Iberostar Playa Gaviotas, you can eat breakfast, lunch, and dinner at the buffet restaurant, or have food at the tapas bar, which opens five nights a week. The hotel’s bars are open until late and serve snacks, soft drinks, and local and international beers, wines, spirits and cocktails.

At Iberostar Playa Gavitos children can enjoy the water slides at the kids pool, play on the playground, or dance at their own disco.
