From Wednesday to Sunday, from 10:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m.

• Free service at the following stops with frequencies of 30 minutes:
• Costa Adeje: CC The Duke Shop, CC Fañabe Plaza, Villa Adeje Beach
• Los Cristianos: CC Pasarela, Princesa Dácil
• Las Américas: CC Presidente, Best Tenerife Princess, Llanos de Troya.
• Other areas: Puerto de la Cruz and southern peripheral areas. Check days and price. Reserve required for these areas.

Notes

• The service with bus included from Puerto de La Cruz guarantees a minimum of 5 hours in the park.
• Sunbeds and umbrellas are included in the ticket price. All tickets are valid for three months.

Prevention measures against COVID-19

• The use of a mask is mandatory at all times, except when enjoying an attraction.
• There is a capacity limitation, which requires that tickets and reservations be made in advance to control the number of visitors, following the Government’s recommendations on the safety distance.
• The safety distance will be implemented throughout the park, with greater emphasis on high traffic areas such as queues and services. In addition, signs will be posted as a reminder.
• The cleaning protocols of all areas have been intensified, especially the treatment of the different surfaces.
• The body temperature of visitors will be measured with digital infrared thermometers and staff will wear masks and face shields at all times.
• Before entering the park, visitors will pass over disinfection mats. Similar mats are available for the staff before starting their workday.
• To ensure proper hand cleaning at all times, there are automatic and manual dispensers with hydroalcoholic gel available to visitors and staff throughout the park.
• The park has installed disinfection arches through which you can pass to ensure proper hygiene.
• In the slides, all the floats, clovers and boats are turned over by the lifeguards after each use, leaving the used surface in contact with the chlorinated water and guaranteeing its cleaning automatically.
• On the beach of the wave pool, where the loungers are separated according to the new protocols, the sand is disinfected for the safety of the clients
• The restoration of the park will be limited to Beach Club, Coco Bar and Tea House. In each restaurant and bar, whose capacity has been reduced, special care is taken to respect the distance of 2 meters between tables.
• Soap and water are available in all services, and visitors are advised to wash their hands thoroughly several times during the visit.
• Staff uniforms are washed daily at a temperature between 60º and 90º. Likewise, the staff lunch breaks are organized in small groups and the distances between tables and in the internal staff area are faithfully respected.
