The recently renovated hotel provides spacious rooms, suites and villas. Family Suites sleep up to four people, while the Villa Las Mimosas can sleep up to six people. Adjoining rooms are also available if arranged beforehand. Tried a visit but refused!!!

We have been staying in Tenerife for three weeks.
Two weeks in The Abama and one week at the Royal Garden Villas. I have stayed at the Abama twice before and Bahia Del Duque twice before. I was keen to show my new partner the Bahia Del Duque as I had told her that she would probably like the hotel. Disappointingly we arrived at the entrance only to be point blank refused entry to have a drink at one of the bars and equally see if any tables were free in the restaurants. I explained everything to the doorman at the gate but classic ‘computer says no’ how shortsighted! Needless to say, no way will I ever be giving them my money to stay at there hotel or associated hotels within the group.

Elegant hotel with a lovely local charm and an excellent position just a short walk from a gorgeous beach. Beautiful gardens and pool areas to explore. The staff are very friendly and helpful and there is a wonderful relaxed atmosphere about the place. We tried various restaurants and enjoyed the food particularly as they were very knowledgeable regarding gluten free food (I’m a coeliac).
My favourite though was the buffet where the chef Silverio is superb. He was worried about cross contamination and prepared my food from fresh – delicious! I’m sure I’ve put on half a stone ???? We met so many people who were here for their 5th, 10th even 30th year! I’m not surprised. We’re already planning to come back next year.

Gran Bahia Del Duque Resort

On a wonderful sunny morning on May 25, as usual, on Tuesday, the Major Women’s Tour “Opening Season-2021” started for the 12th time.
In the new MSS summer restaurant, the “old” and “new” participants of the JT, as well as our numerous guests, met.

There is an opinion that the Women’s team is a morally difficult story with intrigue and envy. Often this opinion is justified. But in our wonderful Women’s tour, it fails. How else to explain the sincere joy with which the participants greeted each other after the off-season? Feeling like relatives met… We were interested in the life and health of family members, news and events that have taken place since the last meeting! Everyone hugged, rejoiced at each other … Here is the heavy Women’s team for you! nine0003
Our wonderful Board and the always smiling Larisa Sidorova were at their posts from the very morning, providing us with a comfortable participation in the tournament. Each golfer received a goodie bag, which was collected thanks to sponsors, namely: Ruskwelle, Rouge Bunny Rouge, Touch me, Amadoris, La Princesse Choco.
It is pleasant to note that the golfers tried to comply with the black and white dress code, paying tribute to the declared theme of the Major: Our whole life is a game! Having had plenty of conversation, having breakfast and tasting champagne with strawberries, we prepared for the fight. And there was something to fight for, but you will learn about this later. After listening to the parting word of the MCC manager Marina Maslova, everyone went to the starting bows. nine0003
The weather had mercy on the wonderful participants, the sun was shining, it was warm, which means it was comfortable to play on the interesting Nakhabinsky field. Of course, the speed of the greens could have been faster, but everyone was on an equal footing, it seems that we must learn to stalemate in any given circumstances. Let’s see how the Nakhabinkas will cope with this in the future on other fields.
After the round, the athletes turned into beauties in black and white outfits, thus beating the theme of the day – Chess.
In the clubhouse we were met by Belaya (Larisa Sidorova) and Chernaya (Elena Badreeva) chess queens. Party guests tasted wine from the Luding company, caviar from the Kremlin caviar house company, were interested in body care from Touch me massage parlor, hair care from Organic Color Sistems and It * s O * Right, consulted with leading make-up experts from Rouge Bunny Rouge nine0003
The queens awarded the winners with cups and flowers in black and white, as well as so many prizes that it was hard to keep them in their hands.
Two magnificent cakes from the Black and White Queen deserve special praise. These works of culinary art for the holiday were prepared by Alla Komissarova and her chocolate atelier La Princesse Choco, thus adding to the emotional joy and joy of taste.
The official part was followed by an entertainment program, which really made everyone laugh! A professional presenter from the Jast Mafia company divided the hall into teams of the White and Black Queens.
Scholars in different areas came out for each team, the struggle was bright and tense. However, the final draw again showed how friendly we are! The prize fund: from the company Luding – wine from Italy, as well as large boxes of macaroons from La Princesse Choco, enjoyed by everyone who took part in the game. nine0003
The favorite pastime of the Women’s Tour – the Lottery – this time was played in an intricate way with the help of chess, dice and lucky ones. Sponsors have done their best and provided worthy lots.
