Dear Sir/Madam,
Thks for your comments which has been well received an duly noted. Please be informed that the cold sensation is not because of the water, but for the weather. Once you are in the water is fine, but when you leave the water and feel cold is beacuse the weather; our water is around 24ºC and the weather 17ºC.
Will keep on working to improve every day and give you a total satisfation next time at the Island.

Great value and lots of fun for all the family.

Excellent facilities and very clean. Water not heated as much as needed for this time of year, little ones got cold quickly…. recommend wearing wetsuits. Good range of slides for all our children aged 3 to 14. Great value for a full day out.

Everything else in Lanzarote was great,we visited el rancho it was an amazing experience, aqualava worst experience in 10years of holiday, freezing cold water, very bad food, 100€ spent on the taxi because the bus we already paid for it was full twice and they didn’twanna take us, leavingus with a child €50 away from our hotel. So many other good places to visit, our advise would be to avoid this

Dear visitor,
first of all thanks for your visit.
About your review we have to clarify that the bus is a FREE service so you didn’t paid for it and we lef you. After this clarify, we were waiting for you in the morning in the pick up point and you dind’t appear. We call you and you told us that you took a taxi even when we told you that the bus were waiting you told that you preffer come in taxi. Since you arrive to Aqualava till you leave didn’t come to front desk for tell us that you want go back in the bus (the clients that not come in the morning don’t have the places assure for go back because we can’t guessed their intentions) Even that, we tried to speak with you when you call us infront of the bus for find a solution but you didn’t led us. You hung up the phone. We suposse that you pass again for the front desk for request a taxi but we don’t have any other contact with you because you never identify your self or told something about it at the front desk.
We could found a solution for you if you let us .
We hope you enjoyed the rest of your holidays in Lanzarote.

Super service, I booked direct with the waterpark and got transported there on a coach from Puerto Del Carmen. The park is small but beautifully clean, everything was working, pools were heated. Great food at very reasonable prices. Would definitely visit again.

Aqualava is a fun day out but isn’t very big so had to repeat everything. Pool and magma river are heated but slides aren’t. We had a enjoyable experiance.

Fun day with the family

Great day out with the family. Lots of choice. water a little cold (but it is December)
Not sure it would be as good during the peak months due to how busy it could be too crowded.

The slides were all really good and plenty of staff around. Food and drinks available and not too expensive

Not worth visiting unless your staying at the hotel complex where it’s situated

Very small and very rusty .. yes I understand it’s ment to be a water park but the slides are rusty
Not much today my children was very bored
The food is very expensive for the little you get… the water park is on a hotel complex so it’s only very small not like your average water park pictures make it looks really inviting but soon as you arrive you see the pictures are deceiving and the life guards are not interested unless your in a bikini

Small but nice if not crowded

Visited (family of 4 with a 4 and 17yo) right before Christmas, a bit off-season. Walking distance from Playa Blanca. Few water slides, cozy river to float around, small children’s area and a wave pool.
The place didn’t have much people which was nice. The day was quite hot (26 C) but just perfect for a day at the park.

What you need to know:

-Pools were somewhat heated (geothermally) in 24 degrees (C).
-The place overall had some wear ‘n’ tear but nothing was broken.
-The lifeguards kept the peace and were very vigilante.
-The only restaurant looked a bit sad (like a school diner), so we didn’t test it.
-They have small shop with slippers and some swimming equipment for sale.

Most importantly: Remember to bring your own towels! You can’t rent them anywhere in here.

A bit expensive in my opinion but if you’re going to spend half a day in a water park in this area of Lanzarote, it’s bearable.

a great place to be in the moment with the family.

I read the reviews where people seemed to want this to be like Disneyland or something that grand.. well i’ve been to Disney and you can expect long lines, expensive food, and grumpy kids all day getting told off for not being patient enough!!

We loved this place. We had a four year old that never waited to enjoy something, and after hours of playing still wanted to stay and play longer. We were also pleasantly surprised by how good the food was and how low the prices were.

Last, but not least, we were greeted by smiles and support from the time we showed our ticket to the the time we left. The staff were lovely and super professional!

If you want a venue to brag to your friends about. . go to Disney land.. if you want to feel like you can have an uninterrupted joyful time with your family, with no waiting, and just enough variety and surprises to keep you amused (loved the octopus surprise) then just come here and enjoy some quality time with the family and forget about bragging to your friends..
