No air con in the basic rooms,and the rooms a bit outdated.. I’ve had nicer rooms for a similar price elsewhere

Excellent location and easily accessed, big car park
Very clean with plenty of staff in all areas. the food was very good. And the dinning room was very well organised giving excellent and efficient service.
The kiddies gift bag was a lovely touch upon arrival and the play park and pool were very good.
Alcoholic Drinks were a fair price

More a suggestion than a moan, but they could have published the entertainment more we did not know what was going on and where perhaps a notice board or something (unless we didn’t just see it)
We expected more for the kiddies as this was one of the main reasons for choosing this Hotel perhaps we were too early in the season but there was nothing about it being seasonal in the hotel write up.
Having to pay for water at dinner it soon added up over the time €1.60 for a small bottle cost us €32 for our stay.

A hotel with a varied age-range of guests.

A hotel with a varied age-range of guests. Mainly > 60 and all-inclusive, who sit around the pool all day. And some young families, who like the location and the games the hotel put on for the kids. For me, I like hiking, and the location is excellent.

Location was good, staff was friendly, room spacious and clean and the view from the room fabulous. Good buffet breakfast. Possibility for an early breakfast when leaving was great.

A bit expensive for what you get. Little refurbishment here and there would be necessary. All the discussion from the corridor could be heard in the room, which was a bit annoying – luckily there was not much of that. The breakfast room was really noisy, as it is one large space.

The municipality of Arona, with the capital of the same name, is located in the southern part of Tenerife and is one of the most important tourist areas.
