Get ready for a big splash!

Enjoy the ultimate thrill-seeking experience at Siam Park- the number 1 water park in the world…

Voted by users of TripAdvisor as the number 1 water park in the world, Siam Park invites you to go from “crazy to lazy” in Tenerife! You can spend the day relaxing on the white sandy beach or floating along the lazy river, but everyone knows that what you really come to Siam Park for is the spectacular collection of exhilarating water slides! While there are plenty of family friendly slides, Siam Park is the perfect place to come if you’re looking for an adrenaline rush. So, once you’ve got your Siam Park tickets ready, these are the 5 most thrilling water slides you must try at Siam Park…

1. Tower of Power

This is undoubtedly one of the most popular water slides at Siam Park. Tower of Power is the ultimate water slide, unlike anything you’ve ever seen before! You’ll be gripped with fear from start to finish, but the kind of fear that will make you want to experience the Tower of Power over and over again. Ascend the tower and get ready for a near vertical 28-metre drop that will send you racing through a transparent tunnel that runs through the middle of a shark aquarium!

2. Singha

Singha is the newest attraction at Siam Park and should definitely be on any thrill seekers must-do list. “More than a water slide” Singha claims to be a water rollercoaster boasting 14 different direction changes and unrivalled speeds. The toboggan style raft will battle against powerful currents pushing you up, down and around the curves as you race through the 240-metre long route. You’ll reach extraordinary speeds of up to 18-metres per second; something that has never been seen at any water park in the world!

3. Dragon

This high speed raft ride is ideal for groups, as you can all join in the fun together. Accelerate through the huge funnel at a 45-degree angle and experience zero gravity as you slide from side to side along the 20-metre wide tunnel. Look out for the enormous dragon before you finally plunge into the water below! The Dragon is one of the park’s most popular rides so make sure you get there early to face the beast.

4. The Volcano

A breath-taking waterslide that will catapult you into complete darkness as you plummet through the centre of a volcano! You’ll feel as though you’re caught in the bubbling flow of lava as you race through the rough rapids. Marvel at an incredible laser light show along the way before crashing into the landing pool. Up to four people can ride at a time, so don’t worry, you won’t be alone!

5. Kinnaree

Standing at 25-metres above the ground, Kinnaree is an impressive sight. Get ready to enter the huge tilted funnel to take on the 200-metre long Kinnaree. Experience sharp corners and plenty of twists and turns as you speed down the slide. You’ll be able to admire stunning views and lush jungle-like vegetation along the way, but don’t be fooled by the relaxing surroundings, this definitely comes under the thrill-seeker category! Get ready for the grand finale…a mammoth tornado wave!

Check out the video below to see our team trying out the incredible rides, including the Tower of Power!

Awful customer experience from Eva

The park itself was brilliant – great rides.
The customer service was awful. There was a young girl called Eva working in the Coco Beach Lockers (on Monday 19th Sept) and was was so incredibly rude. She ignored customers on purpose, whilst speaking to another colleague. When I asked to be able to hand her my towel and receive my deposit back, she put her hand in my face telling me to ‘wait’ very aggressively, then proceeded to laugh at and mock customers. Some of the worst customer ‘service’ I’ve ever received. She is letting the park down!

Poor management and customer service in the park when there’s a slight inconvenience.

Couples

We loved it, great rides, great day and nothing went wrong…. So we bought the 50%discount return tickets!!

We purchased the tickets as we left the park and they give you a piece of receipt paper and take your fingerprint. We leave it a week and decide to use the return ticket.

We got to the gates at about 9:20 as we did last time and immediately thought something was weird. Last time we were allowed to entrée the park, put stuff in the lockers and start queuing for the rides opening at 10:00. This time we were made to line up outside the gates.

At this point we also realised that we didn’t have the receipt of our return ticket, but we were sure it would be ok as they have a biometric record of us purchasing the return tickets….. right?
We took time to speak to several Siam Park staff members outside the gates to see if we’d be allowed in without the paper counterpart and they all said yes and raised a finger to indicate that the fingerprint is sufficient.

Anyway at about 09:50 we were allowed through the main entrance to then queue at the kiosks where you show you pre bought tickets, this is where the fun started. Nobody was allowed any further until about 10:10, keeping in mind that the hot Tenerife sun is now beaming down on us. At this point “management” told us that the system was down and they could only let paper tickets in. Again while we were queuing and Siam park reps were looking for the paper tickets, we confirmed that we would still be allowed in and again, we were assured we’d be given access to the park.

Keeping in mind that Wolfgang Kiessling & son (the owners of Loro Parque/Siam Park company) are promoting themselves as a sustainable, environmentally friendly company, paper tickets *should* be a thing of the past in 2022.

These paper tickets had the same QR codes on as digital tickets, so you tell me what the difference between the two is?

A good 15 minutes later about half ten, they decided that all of a sudden they can accept digital tickets, however it was only one particular kind and the staff couldn’t clearly express the difference.

People are really getting hot and frustrated by this time and we were given next to no information/updates on the situation.
This whole time, people who purchase tickets on the gate there and then are allowed in. But they punish they precooked ticket holders.. I suppose it’s because they already have our cash.

During the whole queuing period there were no offers of bottled water, we weren’t allowed to use the toilets, we were treated like cattle at the market.

About 10:50 so a full 90 minutes of queuing in the 27 degree sun, we get to the ticket kiosk and the girl says that she couldn’t let us in with out the paper counter part. Being hot and agitated we questioned it as we had been told otherwise. So she called the manager who was English, however did not have the standard of customer service expected from A) a manager who knows their own system is to blame for the bad mood that everybody is in and B) a manager who is in charge of complaints at arguably one of the best rated attractions in the world.

The conversation started fairly civil, we stated that her staff had ensured we’d gain entry to the park and after a 90 min wait we were ready to drop our bags and enjoy our day. However upon saying that her staff told us otherwise, she denied us entry, she refused to listen and be reasonable. We questioned why we couldn’t use our finger print to find us on the system, and she said “go on then, put your finger on, the systems down anyway” in a very sarcastic tone. She then repeatedly emphasised that it was our fault for losing our ticket. Which would have been fine if we were trying to wing our way in, but we paid the €40 for both of us to return, we realised we made a mistake when at the park but the staff said that it would be fine.

This “manager” then started to serve other people before finishing our conversation.
Overall the park is good if you get there on a good day.
If there’s a slight inconvenience to the business as usual routine the whole park and management system breaks down.
Poor training. Poor managers. Poor customer service. Poor management when things don’t go to plan.

Awful experience.

Couples

Disgraceful experience – we arrived at 8:45 and the doors opened at 9:40 – there was an issue with the computer system and anyone with twin tickets who had bought in advance were prevented from entering the park – it wasn’t until I complained to the manager at a smaller side entrance that we were allowed in and this was at 10:45 – I asked for a refund and we were refused. We were only allowed into the park on the suggestion that we give up our paper ticket with our free burgers on them just so we could get into the park. By the time we got inside the park there were no fast pass tickets left and we had to stand in the blazing heat waiting for lockers and towels – absolutely awful experience- so much for turning up before 9am – terrible customer service and a waste of the entire morning – not the slightest effort was made by management to communicate what the problem was and how they were going to fix it – no fast passes or refunds were offered to make up for all the lost time. Best park in the world…far from it – this is the worst experience I have ever had at a water park – just hope they don’t have a technical issue with computers on the day you’re visiting.

Twin ticket with Loro & Siam + free burger!

If you’re up for fun, this is a fab day out.

We took my daughter 6 yrs old and only just reaching the 1.25m minimum height for most rides (Thank goodness) I think it was 1.5m for the Tower.

Plenty to do, could spend the whole day there at the ages of 7+ is probably the absolute best as they can also use the smaller kids slides, access everything and still enjoy the lazy river, and wave pool if they don’t like the faster rides. – Admittedly some of them did throw you around a lot!

I forgot to wear contact lenses stupidly so had to take my glasses off on rides.
You cant wear sunhat or anything so whack that suncream on thick! – Although most of the queues were in shade,

We went on Wednesday mid-september – off peak but still hot – the floor was unwalkable in some places to buy some wet shoes before you go or pay their prices on arrives. Queues started at around 10-15 mins on arrival but up to 1 hour on biggest slides later in the day. We got to to on everything once and then was exhausted anyway but if it was any busier then a fast pass would be worth it even for for £18 each.

Food was actually really nice and not stupidly overpriced like you would expect.

We got a twin ticket for Siam and Loro park from attraction tickets.com and we got entry into both and a free burger (actually a BIG burger) at each place per person – definitely a saving although we had to book our own transport.

Generally, a very well kept park, picturesque, exciting, and a must in my opinion.

Great day out, with some useful tips

Couples

Great day out.
Got a taxi there (€6) arrived approx 9.20 and joined short queue. Had pre bought tickets which meant we went straight in. Opened up gates approx 9.45 and straight to get lockers.

We headed to the ‘big’ rides straight away: they didn’t open till just after 10 but we were first on. Managed to do 5 rides with zero queue.

We didn’t get fast pass and by lunch time we had done all the big rides, and most twice.
By about 2 we did a couple again but the max queue was 20 mins. And all queues are in the shade so pleasant enough.
We went on a Saturday.

Lunch was fine and not super expensive. Variety of choice.

We wore sea shoes that were a god send. Being able to walk around all day without worrying what you step on.
We also wore rash vests to avoid getting burnt which also worked well.

We bought these with us but you can buy there and are actually reasonably priced.

Overall we had a fantastic day. So many good rides and all different: really something for everyone.

Some water stations would have been great but aside from that, we had a fantastic day.

We left 3 ish and got a taxi back to our hotel for just €3

Still waiting in line..

Couples

1hr waiting for slide. They let in too many people at one day. There should be a limit to how many people can get inside. If you are alone u can use only few slides (the worst ones).
You payed 40€ for ticket, now you have to pay 5€ for parking, 5€ for locker and the best.. 18€ for fast pass (otherwise you will wait in line for long long hours).

Useful info before you visit

Couples

This was our first visit to Siam park and we loved it! It was massively helpful to have had info from a friend before we visited:
– get there as early as possible
– we got there early queued 15 min before opening, went to one of the locker blocks slightly away from the entrance as that’s where everyone goes and had no queue
– you pay for lockers (€5 for small, €7 for large), buy water shoes (€10) get fast pass (€18) all inside the park at the lockers.
– the rides open 30min after doors open.
– There were long queues for lockers about an hour after opening.
– we were first on a ride at opening time and within 1 hour had been on 5 different rides. We spent the morning going round things with short queues then started using the fast pass when things got busy.
– fast pass is well worth the money, it gives access to 10 rides (not tower of terror) using the fast pass queue once each.
– if you go up the fast pass queue and find there is very little wait you can just duck under the rope and join the normal queue and save your fast pass
– food was reasonably priced – 1 hotdog, 1 chicken nuggets 2 chips, 1 beer €18.50

Amazing day out

Couples

We had a brilliant time here. The rides are absolutely amazing.
The queues do get very long so highly recommend getting there early around 9am to queue so that you can buy a Fast Pass when you get in to the park. We definitely would not have had such a good time if he hadn’t had the pass. Maximum we queued was probably 15 minutes for Singha and for a lot of the other rides we just walked straight on.
We didn’t purchase any swim shoes but we regret that as our feet really hurt after and the floor does get really hot in the afternoon so would definitely recommend getting these!

Great fun, excellent slides, great look to the place, but no drinking water to be found.

Couples

The wife’s first trip to a waterpark, and we had loads of fun.

The wave beach, seals, and the Lazy River with the rapids were highlights of our visit.

Even with so many attendees, we weren’t waiting too long in the queues inside the park.

The only downsides were the park maps, as they were a tad confusing when it came to finding the lockers, and we could not find any drinking water, just fizzy drinks and beer.

Well worth the ticket price, may come again in future. Options for drinking water would be appreciated for next time.

Attraction Review: Siam Park, Tenerife

Well, it’s been a while since I’ve visited a new-for-me park to review, and whilst I don’t usually veer into the world of water parks I figured I’d make a special exception for Siam Park in Tenerife. Heralded by many (including Trip Advisor) as the best water park in the world, Siam Park which opened in 2008 is the top attraction in Tenerife. The water park boasts world class water slides, outstanding theming and landscaping and gorgeous beaches and animal enclosures. It’s also easily the most hyped attraction I’ve ever visited – the minute I mentioned I was going my mentions were flooded with people telling me how incredible the place was, eager to hear my thoughts. So I guess I will get stuck in then!

Before I start I want to caveat this by saying that this will be a true to life, play by play of how our day went at Siam Park. I always do my best to be as up front about our experiences as I possibly can, and despite us receiving gifted tickets for this attraction our day wasn’t the smoothest (as you will shortly see) and therefore I want to start off with getting to the crux of it: I don’t think Siam Park is the best water park in the world. After reading on I’m sure you’ll understand why but I wanted to put that out there first and foremost. So here we go.

It should be said that I am not the world’s biggest water park fan, but I do love a fantastic bit of immersive theming and a good water slide where you sit in a boat of some description. I also usually do my best to avoid hype as best I can for any new-for-me attraction before visiting, but with Siam Park it was impossible. Literally everybody told me it was incredible and I was going to love it. Everybody. Which I completely get but I always worry it’s going to set the benchmark to an unattainable place but yes, suffice to say the hype was real and I was excited to see what all the fuss was about!

Given the island was dead everywhere else, the park opened at 10AM and we arrived around 10.20AM to a HUGE queue of people, much to our surprise. There was no signage explaining which queue was for what, just various lines of people excited to enjoy a day of water slides and one poor park employee desperately trying to direct traffic so nobody got mowed down. And this was our first issue – I had to pick my tickets up but without much signage or direction it was impossible to know where to go. After about 20 minutes of running around, heading in and out of offices, being fobbed off by two different park employees who seemed way too stressed at 10.30AM in the morning and eventually being told to cut in front of a family to speak to a staff member at a kiosk (apologies again, family of Paultons Park fans decked head to toe in Tornado Springs gear), we had our tickets and we were in.

Once inside things still didn’t move smoothly, sadly. The crowding was uncomfortable, especially given Covid-19. We were packed like sardines into a bottleneck hardly moving for seemingly no reason, until we turned a corner and realised it was because the park were insisting on everybody having obligatory photos at the entrance before being allowed into the park proper. After the chaos of entering the park this was particularly frustrating but we shrugged it off and focussed on our next task: lockers.

Now this isn’t my first rodeo, I’ve been to many a theme and water park in my day and the golden rule is always to head to the back of the park first, right? So after consulting the map and locating some lockers more towards the other end of the park, we smugly passed through yet another crowd to seek them out. Once we got there we were a bit peeved to find these lockers were closed, despite the park being quite crowded at this point and all other locker locations now boasting huge queues. How annoying. We bit the bullet and just joined the next locker queue we could find which actually moved really quickly once we were in it, the long queues were kind of deceptive if I’m honest.

But we were in, stuff safely locked away, in our swimming gear ready to do an attraction. As the Mai Thai River was right there we decided to calm down a bit with this first, only to be told no we could only enter at another location the other side of the park. Oh, and we would have to wear a face mask. Yes, all day. Yes, in the water. Yes, on the slides. I’m not sure how Siam Park have gotten to the conclusion that this is the correct approach but from my perspective and experience this seems futile and dangerous – the one slide I did wear the mask on I almost choked on the water splashed in my face.

So on we fought, wandering around to try and find the entrance to said lazy river. We got close, only to be told by a stern security guard that the park is one way, and if we wanted to reach the entrance point literally 5m away from us we would have to backtrack around the entire park. Suffice to say I was more than frustrated at this point. It had been just over an hour and twenty minutes since we’d arrived at Siam Park and we hadn’t dipped as much a toe in some water, let alone been on any rides.

In our frustration we gave up on the lazy river and joined the queue for the first slide we could see, the Jungle Snakes. Pretty standard tube slides that slither down the park’s terrain. We waited about fifteen minutes and had a great time – this was a really fun water slide! Right next door was The Dragon, one of my must-do attractions, and glancing at the queue we decided to see about purchasing a FastPass, priced at a very reasonable €15 per person. I had enquired about buying these when collecting our tickets, but was told we could only buy these inside, so we joined another deceptively fast-moving locker queue only to be told FastPass was now sold out for the day (despite a-frames remaining up advertising FastPass around the park all day).

And I’m sure at this point you can understand how we were feeling. Exhausted, frustrated, angry, let-down. We just wanted to get in and have a good day, but it seemed the chaos and disorganisation of the place was set against us, and all the previous delays we’d experienced had now led to us not even being able to buy FastPass to try and make up for lost time. So annoying.

Regardless, we sucked it up and accepted our fate of a day of non-stop queueing ahead of us and joined the 45 min long queue for The Dragon. It was very slow moving but actually quite pleasant in the shade of the trees. The slide itself is absolutely brilliant – it’s a ProSlide Tornado with a HUGE (20m wide) funnel including a gigantic themed dragon peering down at you as you slosh back and forth. Absolutely worth every minute of queueing and I wish we’d had time to go around again.

I believe at this point we did manage to find the entrance to the Mai Thai River (did I mention it’s the world’s longest lazy river?) where we were each assigned a rubber ring and enjoyed a peaceful float downstream. I do wish there was a little more movement to this one, there were times when we came to a standstill and it was a bit of a pain in the bum to keep pushing ourselves along. The highlight here is of course the diversion at the end which leads to an absolutely insane slide/rapids thing, complete with airtime and jumps, ending in an underwater tunnel through an aquarium. Another really excellent attraction and an example of where Siam Park really shines through with world class attractions.

Next up was a ride on the Mekong Rapids – a ProSlide Mammoth 4 person family raft ride river rapids ride. Controversially I’m going to say this was my favourite slide in the park. It was fast, it was wild, it had amazing steep drops with loads of airtime and just the right about of splashing. Like everything at this park, it’s beautifully landscaped and the final drop splashes down into a pool surrounded with onlookers, so the atmosphere is quite fun hearing everybody cheering and clapping as you splash down.

By this point it was about 2PM and we were starting to get hungry, so we followed an a-frame sign promising hotdogs and burgers. We walked for about ten minutes before we realised we’d done a huge loop on ourselves and were back where we started. On a normal day this would just be a minor, silly inconvenience but after the day we’d been having and the hanger setting in I wasn’t best amused. It was also around this time that I became very aware of my feet, and how they’d started throbbing. There are signs all over the park advertising wet shoes for €10 – not because the ground is hot from the sun but because it’s been designed in such a way that the indentations (which I’m assuming are for anti-slip purposes) eventually become agony to walk on if you don’t have something on your feet. Conor has flip flops so was fine but I’d gone barefoot (which I’d foolishly assumed would be fine in a water park!) Sigh.

To distract ourselves we joined the queue for Singha. Now, I knew this park had a Water Coaster somewhere but I’m nowhere near as on top of my water slides as I am my coasters so I didn’t know which was which. Until we sat down on the thing and got going. The near misses through the trees! The huge ejector airtime! The crazy drops! Absolutely insane Water Coaster and easily one of the best I’ve ridden – another absolutely knockout attraction continuing the trend of there not being a bad or poor slide in the park.

At 3.30PM, Kinnarree was next up – another ProSlide special, this time a four-person Tornado24 amalgamated with a Tornado Wave. I’ve never done one of these ‘half-pipe’ type elements on a water slide before so it was fantastic to finally be able to experience one for myself. Very exhilarating and a little bit scary to be near-vertical like that in nought by a rubber dinghy. Kinnarree was probably my favourite themed/landscaped coaster – I just loved how all of the elements popped out amongst the lush tropical planting around it. Gorgeous.

That was the last slide of the day for me as we were approaching 5PM, but Conor wanted to make Tower of Power his last of the day so up he went as I waited at the bottom with the other spectators. Visually Tower of Power is beautiful, with stunning Thai temple theming all around and the main slide plunging through a shark tank (containing some of the most horrific looking sharks I’ve ever seen – I’m not usually scared of such things but these were vile!) This ProSlide Freefall is 90ft tall, making it a fair whack shorter than Summit Plummet at Blizzard Beach, and I’ve ridden that so I saw no harm in skipping this one. Conor loved it though and said he preferred it to the aforementioned Disney similar, although he did mention you’re going too fast through the shark tank to realise what’s even happening, let alone take in the view!

With the final slide of the day done, we went back around to the entrance to collect Conor’s flip flops, only to find they had been stolen. A fitting end to a generally frustrating day at the world’s best water park then!

Siam Park is absolutely beautiful. It’s a gorgeous park that’s stunning to look at, with excellent theming, lush tropical landscaping and thrilling, world-class slides. Seriously, every single slide is excellent. What let this park down for me was the frustrating operation – because of the faff at the start of the day leading to us not being able to purchase FastPass, we literally did not stop all day. We didn’t have any downtime to enjoy the beach or the wave pool, to sit down with a drink in the Thai village and pause to enjoy the scenery or watch the sea lions for a bit. We queued back to back, all day, and even then without stopping there were still at least three major attractions we did not experience, let alone being able to reride our favourites of those we did ride.

So yes, a frustrating and stressful day punctuated with some excellent, world-beating water slides amongst stunning scenery, but frustrating and stressful nonetheless. If we were to go back I would do the following differently:

– Arrive before opening to ensure we get in with ease

– Dump things at first locker we find instead of trying to find a quieter one

– Purchase FastPass at the first opportunity

– Bring FLIP FLOPS (but not expensive ones in case they get stolen haha)

___

I truly believe you shouldn’t have to plan a day out at an attraction with military precision nor purchase FastPass to be able to have an enjoyable time, and sadly this did feel like the case with Siam Park. I’m sure during periods where it’s not extremely busy the place is absolutely incredible, and I’m very jealous of those who’ve enjoyed it in this state. Fantastic water park? Absolutely! Best in the world? Not in my opinion.

I’d like to thank Siam Park for gifting us tickets to enjoy a day out at their attraction, we’re so grateful!

Have you been to Siam Park? What was your favourite slide? Let me know in the comments, I’d love to have a chat!

Siam Park Slide Guide – How brave are you?

This whopping, 46-acre waterpark in Tenerife houses all shapes and sizes of slides nestled in its Thai-style scenery. Here’s a rundown starting at the tamer end of things, and including rides you can enjoy together, through to some of Siam Park’s biggest, fastest and most infamous rides.

Best for children and chilled out rides

The Giant

Over 1.25m

Choose your lane and drift on a tube down to one of two bowls – the biggest of their kind in the world. You’ll twist round the edges a few times before sinking through the funnel into another tube and down to the pool.

The Lost City

No height limits

Well and truly geared up for children, The Lost City claims to have the only pool made especially for babies in the whole of the Canary Islands. But it’s much more than that – as well as the towers, bridges, cascades, and jets kids can control, there are 15 slides in The Lost City. So, no matter their age, they can whizz down a few.

Sawasdee

Maximum 1.25m

This children’s zone includes water slide tracks where four children can race each other and has a smaller scale version of the adult’s favourite The Dragon slide, where kids narrowly evade the creature’s jaws.

Mai Thai Slow River

Children smaller than 1.10m can go on this lazy river with an adult, while wearing a life jacket, so they don’t miss out on the fun. As the name suggests, it’s a gentle pace and the water is kept at a cosy 24⁰C.

Best for groups and families

Mekong Rapids

Over 1.10m

The Mekong Rapids are no lazy river – this fast-paced, four-man dinghy ride whisks you around corners, splashing up the curves before bumping over a big slide and making a splashdown.

The Dragon

Over 1.25m

Up to four people share a float that slides down giant tubes at speed before drifting up a bowl to within inches of the giant dragon’s grasp and back down a ‘plughole’ opening to the exit tube.

Jungle snake

Over 1.1m on two slides and 1.25m on two other slides

You can travel on your own or with a partner on the Jungle Snake, the tamer version of the Mekong Rapids, which lazily ambles along through closed slides and open ones where you can enjoy the scenery.

Best for adrenaline junkies

The Volcano

Over 1.25m

The Volcano is a group ride, where four people sit on a clover leaf shaped inflatable. However, it earns its place in the adrenaline junkie section as the first part is completely in the dark, followed by a laser show.

The Tower of Power

Over 1.4m/14 years

The park’s star attraction in terms of making your stomach feel like it’s in your mouth, the Tower of Power is a 28-metre sheer drop slide. You’ll reach speeds of up to 80km/h as you plummet, and for the grand finale, as the slide plateaus, you pass under an aquarium full of sharks and rays.

Singha

Over 1.25m

The newest ride at Siam Park, Singha is a whopping 240 metres long, twisting its way down the hillside and changing direction 14 times. It’s so fast – 18 metres per second – that there are even sections where you go uphill!

Siam Park Tenerife Adrenaline Rides

If you’re into adrenaline-pumping, jaw-dropping rides, then this waterpark Tenerife is perfect for you. When you enter the waterpark, make sure to get a map for a complete list of Siam Park rides and where to find the adrenaline rides. There are six exciting rides perfect for the young ones and the young at heart

1. Tower of Power in Siam Park

The most popular ride of Siam park Costa Adeje, Tower of Power gets the bulk of the lines. But the experience is definitely worth the wait. The 28-meter drop goes as fast as 80 kilometres per hour and is practically a vertical drop. From the top, you will have a view of the whole waterpark Tenerife. Once you slide down, you will go through an underwater aquarium tunnel where you will see sharks swimming around- that is if you can keep your eyes open! The Tower of Power Siam Park is a one of a kind experience that visitors go on it at least twice.

You have to be at least 14 years old and 1. 4 meters to experience this ride. Make sure you get to this ride early because fast pass tickets aren’t accepted here and lines usually take from 30 up to 90 minutes during peak times.

2. The Vulcano

The Vulcano is a different experience from the rest of the Siam Park Costa Adeje adrenaline rides. You and three others will get on a clover toboggan as you slide into a totally dark tunnel. You’ll be in awe when you see a laser light show as you get dragged by the current. But the real highlight is being sucked into what seems like a volcano’s centre which will eventually drop you into the landing pool. Be sure to bring your underwater cameras strapped onto your head or chest because you’re going to want to show off this Insta-worthy ride to your followers! Height requirement is at 1.25 meters.

The Vulcano is one of the most popular rides of the park and the line gets long, which can take you 30-60 minutes.

3. The Dragon

The Dragon is another group toboggan ride that will take you through a vertical funnel. The drop is 10 meters and the whole ride takes 40 seconds. But even if the ride seems quick, it will still get your heart racing as the current drags you around the funnel that’s 20 metres wide until you drop to the pool. Before the final plunge, there’s an open part that gives you a view of the Dragon’s head.

This popular Siam Park Costa Adeje ride also attracts long lines, sometimes taking up to 40 minutes before your turn, so make sure to head there as soon as you enter the park! To get on this ride, you need to be 1.25 meters or taller.

4. Kinnaree

This 25-meter high slide is perfect for you, your friends and family as it lets you and three others get on a water toboggan sending you through a 200-meter ride. With a mixture of open slides and tunnels, you’ll get to enjoy the relaxing views of the park. Don’t mistake this for a boring ride though because the finale will take you to a huge tornado wave that’ll make your heart skip a beat! There is no age requirement for the Kinnaree, but you have to be over 1. 25 meters tall.

During peak times, lines here take up to 30 minutes so make sure you plan your ride sequence. You don’t want to end up lining up for just one ride!

5. Mekong Rapids

The Mekong Rapids lets four people get on a dinghy as it pulls you down and around for over 40 seconds. The ride features small drops, not as big as Tower of Power’s but enough to for you to hold your breath! The minimum height requirement is only 1.10 meters so most kids will get to experience this fast-paced waterpark Tenerife ride.

6. Singha

Singha is the newest ride of Siam Park Costa Adeje. Known as the park’s roller coaster that features 14 direction changes and super fast curves, your adrenaline is guaranteed to come alive on this ride. You get through the 240-metre long slide on a toboggan that accommodates two people. Singha is unique as it can take you as fast as 18 meters per second. Minimum height for this ride is 1.25 meters.

The best way to enjoy your Siam Park Holidays would be to buy your siam park tickets ahead as these rides are very popular. TravelON World lets you book your tickets ahead of time through our website.

Family Friendly Siam Park rides

Although most visitors of this waterpark Tenerife come for the adrenaline rides, a lot of families also come to visit hoping to experience fun for the whole family. Well, this complete list of Siam Park rides would not be complete without the family-friendly rides and that’s fit for the younger ones. Along with lots of chill areas to rest in, there are seven fun rides and slides that both the young and old can enjoy.

7. Naga Racer

The Naga Racer is a fun ride that lets you race on the slide. There are six side-by-side slots where you can race on a mat as you lie on your stomach. Once you and your friends are in position, the lifeguard on duty blows his whistle and you will be on your way down to the landing area. The slide is 100 metres long and takes only 15 seconds. You only need to be 1.10 meters tall to try the Naga Racer out.

8. Sawasdee

The Sawasdee is a children’s zone that has four slides, two of which are for racing. There’s also a water slide track, kind of like a Naga Racer miniature so smaller kids can enjoy it too. The Sawasdee area also has a mini Dragon ride. This children’s waterpark in a waterpark is the best way for parents to spend time with their kids while still having fun. There is no height requirement for this area so even the littlest ones can splash around.

9. Jungle Snakes

The Jungle Snakes slides let one or two riders go on a floater that takes you down to the landing pool in 30 seconds. Although there are some drops and glides, kids can still handle them. There are four slides that look like entangled snakes and riders do not know where each slide will take them. Although they all eventually land in the same pool, the experience is different for every slide. Minimum height requirement is 1.0 meters and children must be accompanied by adults.

10. The Lost City

Similar to the Sawasdee, the Lost City is another area for kids, even featuring a pool that’s really made for babies. This is the only waterpark Tenerife that has a baby-friendly pool. With bridges, cascades, nets, towers and a total of 15 water slides, kids will feel like they’re in another world. No height requirement for this area!

11. The Giant

Also known as El Gigante, the ride splits into two slides and two bowls. Riders will sit on a single tube as they slide into a funnel, leading to a bowl which spins you around before being sucked into another funnel, landing on the pools below. The ride takes 30 seconds and you need to be at least 1.25 metres tall to try it. This ride is a fun one for families as both kids and adults will have a blast.

12. Mai Thai River

The Mai Thai River is a family favourite. After all the thrilling rides, relax on a tube as you let the river’s current take you around. With the park’s exotic views and the sound of the current slowly flowing, you will feel relaxed after one round. After going around, you can even rest on the designated relaxation area. The Mai Thai River is one kilometre long and the water temp is set at 24 degrees. Here, every spot is Instagram-worthy. Bring along a waterproof case to take your perfect selfie. To go on the Mai Thai River, you need to be 1.10 meters tall. Shorter kids can go as long as they wear a lifejacket.

13. The Wave Palace

The last but definitely not least is the Wave Palace. Aside from the Tower of Power, this attraction is what put Siam Park Costa Adeje on the map! The Wave Palace is home to the biggest artificial waves in the world as they can rise up to 3 metres high. You can swim, paddle or just relax on the beautifully created white sands. If you want to try surfing, you can book with their office in advance. Don’t worry about kids though, because on normal days the waves only rise to about 1.5 metres. The pool is set at a perfect temperature of 24 degrees Celsius.

How to plan your Siam Park Tenerife Day

Visitors of the park usually head straight to the Tower of Power because the ride doesn’t accept fast pass. If you get there at 10 AM, you won’t have to line up for hours. After this, you can go on to the popular rides like the Vulcano and the Dragon where you can use your fast pass. Once you’ve done these three rides, you can pick out which of the other rides you want to try. While this is just a suggested sequence, it all depends on the length of the lines.

To experience all these rides, you can book your Siam Park tickets in advance. When you book with TravelON World, you get a fast pass entrance ticket that lets you skip the huge lines at the entrance gate. As soon as your booking is confirmed, you will receive an e-ticket that you won’t have to print. Everything is secure and guaranteed with TravelON World so you can avoid all the hassles of arranging.

We hope this Tower of Power Siam Park and 12 other rides to watch out for guide helped you plan which rides you want to go on. This waterpark Tenerife is guaranteed to offer something to enjoy for visitors of all ages, so no matter who you take with you, you will all have an unforgettable time for sure!

Siam Park water park: photo and short description

In the south of the island of Tenerife, in the city of Las Americas, one of the best water parks in the world is located. In 2014 and 2015, this particular amusement park was named the best according to tourist reviews on the authoritative Tripadvisor portal.

Creation history

After Loro Parque became one of the leading zoos in the world, the Kissling family decided to fulfill their old dream and build a water park in the south of the island. In 2008 it was opened and immediately marked as the largest in the world. Its area now occupies 18.5 hectares and it will continue to grow.

In 2015, “Siam Park” was recognized as the best water park in the world according to the reviews of tourists from all over the world in the tourist social network .

In order for him to achieve such recognition, the owner of this entertainment center worked hard. Before starting to build it (this happened in 2004), Christoph Kissling visited the best water parks in the world. This was done with the aim that only the best water slides from all over the world were collected in his brainchild. Moreover, the natural elevation difference made it possible to realize any ideas.

The water park has collected all the best and most interesting things that could be thought of on the day the slides were created. Huge water rides will give pleasure to adults, and kids can have fun in the children’s town, which impresses with its size. Some will like the attraction “Dragon”, others will be delighted with the most extreme – “Tower of Power”.

In the right side, the slow river Mai Tai flows and winds. Relax, forget about everything, and just float at the behest of the waves past Thai bungalows and tropical plants. By the way, at the end of the circle, take the left side to rush along the fast slide. For the first time, many do not understand the purpose of lifeguards standing in the water, and their task is precisely to divide the stream into those who want to go ashore and those who want to ride on the slide.

Another very popular slide is Mekong Rapid. The slide belongs to the red category, and caves and tunnels will be waiting for you on the way.

“Tower of Power” is the most adrenaline-filled ride in the park. You will experience an almost free fall from a height of 75 meters, a flight through a tunnel in a pool with sharks… Everything will happen very quickly, but will remain in your memory for a long time.

To the right of the entrance is a huge pool with artificial waves, by the way, the largest in the world, and white sand. When you are in the pool and see a wave flying on you, you involuntarily get the impression that a tsunami is somewhere nearby 🙂

There are 13 attractions in total, but you can be sure that you will want to ride each several times.

Height and age restrictions

Children under 5 years old enter the territory for free mainly because they will not be allowed to ride most of the rides.

The minimum height for the passage to the slides is 1 m 10 cm (but there are only 3-4 such slides). For most requirements – 125-130 cm.

With small children, you can have a great time in the children’s town (quite large) and on 3-4 slides, where there are no minimum restrictions.

The main attraction “Tower of Power” is allowed to ride from the age of 14 (minimum height 140 cm).

Interesting facts

Today, the park holds 7 records: “lazy river” (8 meters)

  • the highest wave made in the world (about 3 meters)
  • the largest variety of slides
  • the largest Thai-style building outside of Thailand (this, by the way, requires royal permission)
  • the greenest area in the world (in terms of vegetation)
  • Getting there

    Main entrance

Getting there is easy – from the southern resorts (Las Americas, Adeje and Los Cristianos) a free bus goes here, the trip lasts no more than ten minutes.

The bus schedule can be found on the brochure from the official website. The fare is 8€ (one way)/13.50€ (round trip), children under 5 are free.

To walk from Adeje and Las Americas, you need to go up to the TF-1 highway and walk along it. The water park is located above the highway between Costa Adeje and Playa Las Americas. You can create your walking route using the route planning function below.

On the official website and at local travel agencies you can purchase tickets, which will include transfer, towels and meals (you can choose what you need).

      Helpful Hints

      1. The average waiting time during the peak tourist season is 15-20 minutes. And it doesn’t make much difference whether you come to the opening or not.
      2. By 11:30 am go to the far side of the park (to the left of the entrance), where two “red slides” open by this time, where you can stand in line for 40-60 minutes.
      3. At the “Tower of Power” you will have to stand for about an hour.
      4. There is no mandatory dressing area and personal locker. This service is paid, so in order to save time, bring a towel, a beach bag and do not take valuables with you. Just take a free sunbed (they are scattered throughout the park) and leave everything there.
      5. Put on your swimsuit. Changing rooms on site are free, but no one really uses them. Dry off in the queues for the slides 🙂
      6. If you plan to dine on site, then take your bank card with you (it would never occur to anyone to steal it)
      7. Be sure to take sunscreen and water with you.
      8. Fast Pass makes sense to take if you are limited in time. If you have all day at your disposal – enjoy the sun.
      9. The asphalt gets quite hot by mid-afternoon, so you need to bring your own slates.

Siam park on the island of Tenerife

Hi all! A brief overview of the water park “Siam Park” Tenerife I left here . I am writing these letters “Siam Park Tenerife” and my hands are shaking, I remember with a sense of pride how I only had 3 slides. But for me this is the limit, peak, pride, because my self-preservation instinct works in such a way that the body does not ask to fill it with adrenaline. I kept looking at the visitors of Siam Park Tenerife and was surprised at how many people are still drawn to adventure, and how many of these people are elderly people – lovely grandmothers with grandfathers Well, it’s just tenderness, how even old people can have fun there from the heart!

The owner of Siam Park is Christoph Kissling, who is also the progenitor of the legendary Loro Park. Apparently, I wanted to feel again a new wave of success from the implementation of such large-scale, exciting projects. For the construction of Siam Park Tenerife, Kissling had to travel to over 50 water parks around the world to study existing ideas and come up with something new, exciting and interesting! Siam Park, which was built, immediately entered the top three water parks in Europe! Healthy investment!

Siam Park Water Park is located in the resort area of Costa Adeje, we reached it on foot: from San Evgenio Square you need to go towards the bus station (Estacion de Guaguas), on the way you will immediately see its large Thai-style gates, so you won’t be mistaken – the road itself will lead you to him. If you want to visualize your path, you can see the map of the Costa Adeje resort and its description here . The territory of the water park Siam Park is very large, so for convenience at the entrance you will immediately be given a convenient map of the park. I am posting it below.

      Map Siam Park Tenerife

Siam Park offers many cool water slides. Let’s see which ones:

      1. Wave Palace or Siam Beach (Wave Palace, number 12 on the map) – a stunning beach with golden sand, a capacity of about 1200 people, a giant wave pool. Super! We had a lot of fun there.

      2. Lost City (Lost City, number 11 on the map) – a water town full of mystical mysteries and various structures.

      3. Jungle Snake (Jungle Snake, number 9 on the map) – endless turns in the heart of the jungle. When you go upstairs, you can choose one of three options for descents, we sat on the 2nd hill. After this slide, I told myself that I had enough water adventures. This slide turned out to be a closed-type slide, short, but enough of emotions.

      4. The Volcano (Volcano, number 8 on the map) – a breathtaking laser show that simulates a volcanic eruption.

5.The Giant (Giant, number 5 on the map) – on this hill develops a truly gigantic speed.

      6. Naga Racer (Rider, number 10 on the map) – six-lane downhill.

      7. Tower of Power (Vertical downhill, number 6 on the map) – for thrill-seekers, a 28-meter, almost vertical downhill ride through a shark aquarium. Visiting card of Siam Park.

8.The Dragon (Dragon) (number 7 on the map) – endless turns, ever-increasing pace of movement and unimaginable completion of the attraction.

You can watch a couple of videos from the water attractions of Siam Park here .

In a review article on the parks of Tenerife, I already wrote some useful tips for visiting Siam Park. I will add a few more important points:

      1. Many people ask whether to take a towel to the water park. If you pay attention to the visitors of the park, it can be noted that everyone comes with their own towels, we also came with our own, it’s more comfortable.

      2. We did not take anything of value except for the camera. We left it in the lockers, everything else is banal, we left it on Siam beach.

      3. Siam beach is the only place where you can lie down, sunbathe, there are a lot of sun loungers, but I recommend that when you come, immediately take them to yourself by laying a towel. The earlier you arrive, the more likely you are to get a seat.

      4. There are always a lot of people in Siam Park, but it is better to go there in the morning, for example, by 9, and on weekdays. We were on a Wednesday and there were a lot of people, I’m afraid to imagine what happens there on the weekends, because the Canarians also like to hang out there.

      5. At the entrance to the park, your bags will be checked, but so superficially, not thoroughly. We saw that prepared picnics and water were taken from people. They have their own cafes, and you will have to buy from them. However, we also had picnics, they just lay at the bottom of the backpack, and there were towels on top. They opened the backpack, looked at the towel, etc. And missed

I wish you have fun in Siam Park!

      Siam Park in Tenerife, prices

      Tenerife

Siam Park in Tenerife received the title of the best water park at the Euro Attractions Show (EAS) 2016, with which we congratulate him!
The second place, by the way, is also a Spanish aqua complex – Costa Caribe.
If until 2008 the Aqualand octopus water park was popular, since 2008 Siam Park has entered its reign, with an area of as much as 19ha. Absolutely the entire complex is built in Thai style. The opening was attended by a real princess from Thailand. There are only 25 buildings on the territory of this water park: the largest number of Siamese-style structures outside of Thailand.
At the entrance you will be greeted by sea lions in their pool. They were brought from Loro Parque. And a local photographer will take a photo when you leave the water park, if you like the photo, you can buy it for 6 euros.

      Attractions Siam Tenerife Park:

      • Siam Park’s hallmark is the Tower of Power slide. Its height is 28 m. – this is approximately a house with 10 floors. You fly at a speed of 80 km per hour through a transparent tube that passes with stingrays and sharks. True, it is unrealistic to consider these sharks because of the speed and water that hits right in the face – you will sweep past the sharks with your eyes closed. So when you go down, just go around the side of the hill and you will have the opportunity to calmly look at them, well, they at you, otherwise they hardly had time to see you either.

      • The Dragon is one of the “adrenaline” slides for those who love extreme sports. This attraction has the title of the largest dragon statue in the world. I liked it very much.
      • The Giant works with a funnel inside.
      • More interesting The gianta – The Volcano – Volcano. When you descend, there will be light effects around you.
      • In 2015, another slide was finally completed – Singha, the length of which is 240 m – they were built using the most advanced technologies of that time. Due to the introduction of the most advanced technologies, the boats reached an amazing speed – 65 km / h!
      • Another one of the attractions that will give you vivid emotions is Kinnaree: look carefully – hold on tight, because there is a very sharp descent with the same sharp ascent. We liked it, but it’s a long time to climb it)
      • Downhill (Naga Racer) – a slide on which you go down head first on rugs. So-so entertainment…only if you weigh more than 90, then you can accelerate a little if you climb a hill…in short, not very much).
      • For those who decide to relax and are tired of extreme sports, the longest “lazy river” Mai Thai River is provided, which has the highest rise – 8 meters. Sailing along it in a yellow boat, you will find yourself right under the sharks and rays of the extreme Tower of Power.
      • It is also nice to lie down on the white beach by the pool of The Wave Palace. Here, once an hour, the highest, artificially created, wave in the world is turned on – about 3 m. The sandy beach is equipped with free sunbeds. Here you can go surfing with a personal trainer.

By the way, surf schools are located along the ocean or not far from it. Everyone should try!
The water here is heated up to 24C, as in other attractions of the park, but this is only in winter. For water desalination in the park there is a special installation, after draining the water from the pools, it is watered with tropical plants that grow right there.

Not far from the beach cafe Beach club, in total there are 3 and 2 restaurants on the territory. You cannot bring your own food, but if you are Russian, then … the main thing is not to burn)

      Entertainment for children:

-what is. Children from 110 cm tall are allowed on adult slides and you will have to look after the children yourself – there are no babysitting services. If you are with children, then you better go to the nearby Aqualand water park.
There are only attractions for preschoolers here 2: Lost City and Sawasdee.

      • “The Lost City” is a complex of slides that includes 120 children’s games. At the top of the complex is the head of a monkey, when it overflows with water, it pours it out.
      • “Sawasdi” ordinary small slides for children.
      • If you want to retire or so that your company (from 4 to 15 people) does not interfere, you can rent a private house with a fairly cozy interior and, in some, a solarium – Private Cabanas – it is also nice that FastPass (about it below ) included in the price.
You can use free wi-fi, but it doesn’t work as fast as you would like, and it often crashes. Throw a couple of photos and sit in social networks can.

      Siam Park prices:

Safe deposit boxes and towel rentals are chargeable. A small safe costs 3 euros, a large one 5 euros, a towel 3 euros. This is the cost per day. Remember that you will still have to leave a deposit of 2 to 5 euros.

How to get to Siam Park:

Siam Park is located in Costa Adeje, from the road you can see the ocean less than a kilometer away. Locals can easily walk on foot, if laziness, then a free bus runs every half an hour in the south of Tenerife daily (Las Americas, Costa Adeja, Los Cristianos). From 9:30 to 18:30 (with a break from 14:00 to 15:00).

Siam Park and free stops on the map:

      • There is also paid parking 3-4 €, if you don’t drive a little it will be full of free ones. There are many taxis in blue on the island.
      • Transfer on a paid bus along the route from the north of the island to its south. It stops daily in Puerto de la Cruz, in Santa Ursula on Tue, Wed, Sat, in Santa Cruz on Thu and Sat and in Las Caletillas on Mon and Fri. The cost is about 14 euros on average
      • Tickets for visiting can be bought at the Siam Park ticket office, local tour sales points or Loro Park. The cost of an adult ticket is 34 euros, a child ticket is 23 euros. If you are going to visit Loro Park, then you should buy a TwinTicket (double ticket) – 58 euros for an adult and 39.50 euros for a child.
      • Siam Park official site.
You can also immediately take a fast pass (Fast Pass) – a bracelet worth 15 euros. You can skip the queue on each slide one time and again on any.
And in the Tower of power, you will have to stand in a full line, and you will also have to climb on foot to 28 meters in height.
Only if it’s summer, then people with such tickets will create a queue.
All tickets are valid for 14 days from the date of purchase.

      Map of Siam Park:

In general, the park is not for everyone, only 2 of our company liked it, the rest reacted rather coldly, the queues and the slides are rustic. I just liked the dragon. And then for a couple of times. Apparently this is not my water park, especially when the ocean is 650 meters away!

Useful tips Siam Park in Tenerife:
      1. in July and August it is better not to visit Siam Park, you will stand in line for one attraction from 20 to 60 minutes and the fast pass will not help you much. Season: spring, autumn. Days of the week: Tue or Fri
      2. Remove all decorations in front of the water park, if you do not lose them there, then on many attractions you will be asked to remove them.
      3. sunscreen, even if it’s cloudy! Believe me, sunstroke is instant and unpleasant.
      4. return ticket for 17 euros. (attention is acquired right before the exit)

“Fast pass costs 15 euros.”(5 tips))

“We lived across from Siam Park.”(2 Tips)

“For the rest of the days the queues for the slides take 60-

      • bueno para familias
      • río lento
      • (15 more)

      • The water park is big and everything is logically designed! The best attractions are the Dragon, the Volcano, the river and the Princess (the leftmost one on the map). Go in the morning on a weekday – the queue will be a maximum of 5-7 minutes) 🏊

      • The best park I have seen, loro park is also very good if you are in the Canary Islands, be sure to visit loro and siem park 😃☀️❤️😚🌴🇪 🇸

      • Super park! The largest loose sand beach, the largest artificial wave! The coolest kamikaze and sharks! Worth the inconvenience associated with the queues.

      • Cool wave in 45 minutes👍. Both toilets are great! Power of Tower is scary just to look from the side😁. Be sure to ride along the river, keep to the left side and end up under the sharks.

      • I liked it so much that I bought tickets for the second time (17€ each). Excellent slides, everything is logically designed, an interesting area for children) prices are high in the cafe, but you can take it with you.

      • Bring rubber slippers, T-shirts, hats, sunscreen and a snack, and come early in the morning. And maybe you will keep positive emotions from staying in this park. Enjoy!!!

      • Great park! Joy for both children and adults. Take a picnic with you, because the food is expensive and unhealthy))) Super park!!! Incontournable pour les enfants et les parents! A visitor absolute!

      • Awesome water park! Be sure to visit it! The coolest Dragon slide! Tower of Power is also cool! It’s worth taking a Fast Pass for 15 euros, skip the line! This is not a queue for those who are out of line!)

      • The place is cool, but the lines are huge. For 7 hours only 6 slides! You can buy a Fast Pass for 15 euros and get a certain number of special exits. The vaunted Kamikaze Hill is not worthy of praise!

      • Buy a “Twin Ticket”, this is a ticket to Loro Park and Siam Park, it turns out more profitable than buying tickets separately.

      • You must arrive early in the morning (by 9-10 am) and immediately go to the Tower of Power, because the Fast Pass does not work on it. Fast pass solves, but works once on each slide. 15 € worth it.

      • A must go for the whole day!!!! Slides – fly away!!!!!! A crowd of thirty-year-old aunts and uncles squealed with joy like little children! Skated there all day!

      • You need to come by 9 am – you can have time to ride the slides without queuing, and then buy a fast pass and ride once more on all the slides without queuing. The pool with the wave is just super!

      • I did not dare to jump from the high hill. The slide with blue carpets is excellent, the right slide is also good, where you go by 4 and you don’t have to drag the circle and the second green slide from the right.

      • Very nice, green, but long queues for the slides! We stood in line for an hour for the highest one, and from the impressions – only wet hair 🙂 the steepest slides Dracon y Vulcano 😆 fast pass not for all slides costs!! without him, my sister and I barely had time to ride on every hill during the entire time the park was open – the queues are wild!

      • First time in Tenerife. We lived opposite Siam Park. Naturally we went here. It was a weekday and there were hardly any queues. And if there were, then 1-2 were waiting for her more! The slides here are all great!!!

      • As a wild lover of water parks and amusement parks, I couldn’t ignore this huge and versatile park! I was delighted 🤟🏼

      • It’s worth going a couple of times during a vacation. The best slides are the dragon, the volcano, and the one on the leftmost on the map. Tower of power is not scary. Go for a check.

      • Oh yes! A place worth visiting if you are a fan of getting a lot of positive emotions and adrenaline!

      • Really cool place, I advise everyone to go there for the whole day. To start in the morning on the beach, in the late afternoon on the slides (less queue)

      • The staff says the best time to visit is Sat morning (I asked in August).. For the rest of the days, the queues for the slides take 60-90 minutes!!.. VIP ticket 100 euros ..

      • We arrived at 9:40 and there were already 100 people standing in front of the entrance. We took sandwiches, and delicious ribs by the pool. Wave in 45 min👍. Queues all day.

      • More suitable for adults and teens, main slides with a height tolerance of 110-125cm. For children, only the lost city children’s town.

      • Had a great time with the family, almost all the rides went together, and we liked it very much 😛 we advise everyone 🙂

      • The “Dragon” slide is good for a drive, especially if they sit asymmetrically and there is a risk of tipping over! “Power tower” did not impress, only the expectation of the descent tickles the nerves!

      • From the slides – Dragon and Kinaree, green snakes and a little volcano. The highest (Tower of Power) is about nothing, it is only interesting to stand in line. There were no particularly long queues, max. 20 minutes.

      • Now there are no queues at all! We managed to slide down 5 times from each slide! Most of all, a dragon!) and an unusual volcano 👀

      • Everything is super!!! But queues can be avoided if you are in the park early in the morning by 9:45 am

      • during the day you have time to ride only once on the slides. a good slide and quickly the queue goes to the dragon. tomb of power is a long time to wait and you don’t see anything, you fly very quickly – so-so.

      • A great place to spend the whole day

      • The best park… in Europe ) you have to go in the off season))) and you are the king))

      • Like in the coolest water park in Europe. the steepest, then I don’t see the point in going to others. Yes, there are slides, both extreme and light, BUT there are few of them.

      • Paid parking 3 euros, paid luggage storage 3 euros + 5 deposit. I also advise you to take a towel and slippers (because it’s cold)

      • Very cool!!! I advise everyone, especially The tower of power slide!!!

      • You can come back to Tenerife again and again if only for this place 🙈👌

      • Insanely crowded in August, it’s better to go here out of season.

      • Not many people on Sunday morning! No queues. A deposit is required for the milking locker. Not all of it is returned. 8-3=5 euros

      • Without the sun, bathing boots are a must, it is very cold to stand in lines on concrete. Go pro only on the chest or head and not on all slides, there is nothing to do with a stick there.

      • Great water park. Not #1 in the world, but very worthy.

      • Tower of Power – nothing special, don’t be afraid) I really liked Kinnaree)

      • The best is the new Kinaree and dragon slide)))

      • company;)

      • Be sure to take a fastpass to avoid standing in lines.

      • Fascinating slides, beautiful landscape design. Terrible queues for an hour, only for an additional fee you can ride.

      • We had a great rest…)))

      • Beach, waves, atmosphere

      • The lines are long, if you want to ride a lot on everything, but there is something to do, take FastPass for an extra charge and skip the line!

      • Be sure to buy the Fast Pass! 15 euros, but no queue!

Siam Par Water Park, Canary Islands, Tenerife – «?One of the best water parks in Spain? A slide with a 10-storey building | Lots of photos | But in what cases the cost of visiting is justified»

      Hello everyone!

In pursuit of my reviews about a great vacation in the Canary Islands, I will tell you and show you a very, very good, in my opinion, water park, which is located on the island of Tenerife.

SIAM PARK is one of the three best water parks in Europe

It is located between the Costa Adeje and Playa de Las Americas.

In it, both old and young will find entertainment for every taste.

      .0003

Costa Adeje (COSTA ADEJE) is an elite area with good hotels, quiet, calm, measured.

On the first line of the “five”, everything is like a selection. (and despite the high cost, everyone is booked in advance)

Further from the ocean, “fours”, “threes”, there are “fives” that are not very well located. , a youth district where hotels are cheaper, restaurants are also more democratic and the contingent is more young.0587

      Sometimes noisy.

The distance between them is only 4-5 km, but it takes about 15 minutes by taxi. The terrain is mountainous, the road wags.

Water park SIAM PARK is located approximately between them.

?HOW TO GET THERE? ENTRY COST?

      We took the free bus.

Double-decker bus, like a tour bus.

Runs on a certain route, you just need to know which stop to take. Walks often.

SIAM PARK entry fees are rather high.

      Ticket prices:

      Ordinary ticket 34 € / 23 € for children

      Ticket and lunch 46 € / 30 € for children

      ?TERRITORY?

The area is very beautiful, made in Thai style.

It creates a complete feeling that you are in Asia.

      The territory is huge.

It is quite possible to spend the whole day in it.

All the necessary infrastructure for this is available (cafes, toilets, etc.)

There are lockers where you can put away all your belongings and hang the key on your hand.

Swimming with a phone and so on will not work, but leaving things unattended with such a huge number of other people around …

The water park is teeming like an anthill.

      • There is a quiet area.

It looks like a beach somewhere in the Seychelles.

Here you can just quietly, calmly sunbathe, relax.

Take a dip in a calm pool. There is also an artificial wave pool.

About the all inclusive ticket. The price is over the top, but keep in mind that the queues for the most interesting extreme slides are not small, they do not dry out. There are many who wish.

But we were with a small child and bought regular tickets.

I still don’t dare to ride a kamikaze, it’s so high there, my heart stops.

The most “adrenaline” attraction is called

      TOWER of POWER

      Height 28 m

Acceleration to 80 km/h in an almost vertical chute.

      I’m not that extreme.

Of the scary ones, I swept in a dark pipe (I don’t remember the name) on a cheesecake.

You fly out of the pipe into such a pool.

There are cheesecakes for one and for the company.

There is a large children’s area for very young children.

Not far from the children’s area there is such a cool “Cauldron with water”, which, filling up with a huge roar, turns over and pours over everyone around who is nearby and did not have time to escape.

      Lots of fun.

Many hills branch off from it (calm)

      • There is a small aquarium in the park

      With marine life and sharks.

But it is very small. It can not be compared with the magnificent Oceanarium from Cattolica (Italy) Huge sharks on video

      ? OUTPUT?

Summing up the story I will say, of course, I really liked this Water Park.

The territory gives aesthetic pleasure, everything is thought out, colorful, beautiful.

I do not regret the time and money spent.

But the second time won’t be interesting. Unless you are extreme and love this type of recreation.

Although the quiet area is cool, it’s not worth spending money just for it.

You can just lie down and sunbathe in your hotel. Yes, there will be smaller pools and somewhere worse. And in the company of a small child, you can’t especially ride on extreme slides.

Therefore, I advise you to visit SIAM PARK, but most of all for youth companies.

Or young couples without children will be interested. (I think)

Many hotels now have their own water parks. Usually this is what advertising sites call three to five simple slides on the territory of the hotel. Therefore, lovers of outdoor activities and thrills have to look for interesting water parks nearby.

We want to make things a little easier and tell you about water parks worth visiting in popular tourist areas. They were selected according to the reviews of tourists, as for themselves.

      Siam Park, Tenerife, Spain

This water park is in the top 25 in the world according to Trip Advisor. And there are reasons for that. Its advantages are a huge green area, a large selection of slides for every taste, an excellent children’s area. And in this water park there is a large heated pool with artificial waves and a “beach” with real sand.

      Waterbom Bali, Kuta, Indonesia

There are not many slides on the territory of the water park, but this is compensated by their variety. Animators work in the Waterbom children’s area.

      Wild Wadi, Dubai, UAE

The water park is located next to the most famous sail-shaped hotel in Dubai.

The trick of the water park is that almost all slides are interconnected. You start down one, and the water park staff redirects you to different tunnels. For children there is a separate area with slides, a swimming pool, artificial waves and heating.

The perfect family water park. On the territory there are suitable slides and entertainment for a three-year-old, a teenager, and an adult. In addition to the classic slides, there is a pool with three-meter waves and a hydromagnetic water slide that imitates a tornado.

      Beach Park, Aquiras, Brazil

Located on the coast of the Atlantic Ocean. Most of the slides and recreation areas are designed for children over 10 years old and adults, so there is not much to do with younger children. On the territory of the water park there is a “crazy” slide 41 meters high with an almost vertical descent. Would you like to try it?

Working hours: from Friday to Tuesday, from 11:00 to 17:00. Wednesday and Thursday – day off

      Website: Beach Park

      Price:

This is one of the best water parks in Egypt for families with small children. There are zones on the territory that will definitely be of interest to both a two-year-old and a teenager.

There are about 50 different slides in the water park: children’s, standard, extreme.

      Working hours:

      • daily, from 10:00 to 17:00
      • slide break from 12:30 to 13:30

Black Mountain Water Park, Hua Hin, Thailand
