But still, the main mode of transport on the coast is comfortable commuter trains. The railway runs along the coast from the town of Blanes to Barcelona and beyond. From the town of Lloret de Mar, the Blanes train station can be reached by bus, which also leaves every 30 minutes from the bus terminal.

The price of a boat ticket is 3 – 8 euros one way, depending on the distance. Moving between the resorts of this coast by taxi will cost you about 6 – 20 euros. Prices are for one way only.

Not to see the famous creation of Antonio Gaudi – Sagrada Familia? 145 km from Barcelona is the magnificent medieval city of Girona. It is also impossible not to visit the miracle of ancient architecture, the symbol of Catalonia – erected at an altitude of 721 m above sea level and surrounded by bizarre rocks, the monastery of Montserrat.
A full day excursion to the independent Principality of Andorra – a duty-free zone – is a “deep dive” in shopping. In the town of Valtordera, you can see a real medieval jousting tournament, as well as become a participant in a medieval festival with dancing and dinner. Not only children, but also the older generation will enjoy visiting the Marineland dolphinarium, the Aqualeon minizoo, water parks, the largest of which is called Water World and is located near Lloret de Mar.

Spain, officially the Kingdom of Spain, is a state in southwestern Europe.

Customs
The import and export of foreign currency to Spain is almost unlimited. When entering from the territory of countries outside the EU, amounts over 10 thousand EUR are subject to mandatory declaration. The rules for exporting from the country are not much different. According to the Spanish Law “On Foreign Exchange Regulation and Foreign Exchange Control”, an amount not exceeding 2500 EUR is allowed to be exported without declaration. The amount from 2500 to 8400 EUR will need to be declared, you will not be required to provide permits. For amounts over 8400 EUR, documents authorizing its export are required. From what is forbidden to be imported into Spain, you can make a short list. These are drugs, narcotic drugs, medications (except for those necessary for treatment at a particular moment, if there are certificates from a medical institution). However, the Canarian pine deserves special attention, and here’s why…

But refusing to extract oil because of this is tantamount to refusing to go out for fear that a brick will fall on you. The risk is minimal, almost zero. 
The newspaper’s conclusions are based on the statements of the head of the local administration, Paulino Rivero. On the one hand, he strongly opposes developments, citing their danger to the environment. 
Based on it, we will create the most advanced high-tech production in the world. And I mean not only oil refining. We will create a chemical industry, pharmaceutical industry, polymer production and so on. We cannot afford to be robbed! Spain wants to seize our wealth in order to support its corrupt bureaucracy with the proceeds from our oil. They don’t care about the future of the Canarian people!

The hotel was absolutely spotless and so was our room. We had a lovely spacious room, on level 3 at the side of the hotel, which instead of a balcony we had a small patio which lead out onto a grassy area We didn’t expect to have much of a view, having not booked a sea view room, but we had a sea view one way, a view of the mountains in the other direction, and the barranco in front, it was perfect. The reception team were really efficient when checking in and out and were really helpful with any queries and questions, like booking a taxi to the airport and when we left the room key in the room. The waiters at breakfast and dinner were really friendly and chatty, and the food was lovely with so much choice in the buffet. Lots of food was cooked fresh in front of you! Everyday we went for dinner around 8pm and never had to wait for a table. We also always got a table next to the glass balcony/ balustrade overlooking the pool which was beautiful as the sun set. Such a great location for a hotel, straight out onto the promenade and beach.
Not far at all from local beach bars, restaurants and shops. Easy to walk into other town like La Caleta, Fanabe and El Duque or there are plenty of taxis outside the hotel if you want to go further. All 3 pools outside and the indoor spa pool were well looked after and stunning. The infinity pool is beautiful! Plenty of sun loungers to choose from in an afternoon and lots of pool towels available. We wanted to give a special thank you to Idris, Elvis and another younger male waiter, with dark hair, who we didn’t manage get the name of. All 3 made made so much effort to come over every day and have a chat, and remember what you liked to drink. They went above and beyond to ensure we had such a memorable holiday. They all worked unbelievably hard, throughout the afternoon around the pool, ensuring you had all you wanted, and then worked late into the evening at the bar doing exactly the same. 4 days was definitely not long enough! We would both love to return!”
