Weather data for Santa Cruz de la Palma was collected from the MERRA-2 project from NASA, which used a climate model combined with historical data from weather stations around the world to estimate what the conditions were like for every point on the Earth.

For all data based on historical data, we’ve averaged the data from the past 11 years (2010-2020). For example, for the hourly temperature at 10am, we’ve looked at the temperature at 10am on every day in November (e.g., November 1, November 2, etc. in 2010, 2011, etc.) and took the arithmetic mean. We did not smooth the data, so for example, our daily temperature line will have some randomness due to the fact that weather is random in the first place.

Lanzarote Weather in November – Is it hot enough to sunbathe?

The beach in Arrecife in November (not many tourists visit this beach, but it’s a really nice place)

November might not be the warmest month in Lanzarote throughout the year, but it’s definitely sunnier and warmer than the UK and mainland Europe.

Can you sunbathe in Lanzarote in November?

On most days you can still expect temperatures of up to 24-25°C, so as long as the sun is out you can still sunbathe and swim in the sea. November is one of the more quiet months in Lanzarote since many people come for a break in October during half term and others will wait until December to come here to spend their winter holidays.

So November is good for a relaxing holiday and will give you the freedom to roam around the island without experiencing long queues anywhere.

Weather in Lanzarote in November

While cold weather is starting to creep up in most European countries, the Canary Islands are still enjoying nice and toasty temperatures during November.

It’s true that even in Lanzarote the chances of rain increase and you might get up to 3 wet days during this month. But it’s still far better than most other places. People who come here with high expectations, thinking that temperatures will still be around 30°C will be disappointed since Lanzarote is not a tropical island like the Caribbean islands.

Lanzarote’s climate is actually a subtropical desert, which still means that it enjoys mild winters, with temperatures around 20°C, just not as hot as some people may think (or want).

But if you want a short-haul warm holiday in winter and you are from Europe, the Canary Islands are your best bet. They are the warmest destination in winter in Europe by far, because technically they are part of the African continent, although politically they part of Spain.

During the daytime in November, you will be perfectly ok in shorts and a T-shirt (you’ll be fine even in a swimsuit), but for nights and evenings, you should pack some long trousers and a jacket or a cardigan, because it can get chilly.

Average temperatures in Lanzarote in November

The average high temperature in November in Lanzarote is around 23- 24°C, while at night you can expect temperatures of around 20°C. While it’s definitely a drop from temperatures in October, the weather during the daytime still allows for sunbathing.

  • Average high temperature: 24.2°C  (75.6°F)
  • Average low temperature: 17.2°C  (63°F)
  • Daily mean temperature: 20.7°C  (69.2°F)

In Lanzarote, the daily mean temperature is 20.7°C  (69. 2°F) in November, which is calculated as a mean between the average high temperature of 24.2°C  (75.6°F) and the average low of 17.2°C  (63°F).

Record low & record high temperatures

The highest temperature ever recorded in Lanzarote in November (at Airport station) was 34.2°C and the lowest was 10.9°C.

Since the island is mostly flat, the temperatures stay pretty much the same across all major resorts in Lanzarote: Puerto del Carmen, Playa Blanca, and Costa Teguise. However, there can be significant differences between resorts, in the sense that while it can be sunny and nice in the south in Playa Blanca, it can be overcast up north and vice versa.

Rainfall

  • Average rainfall (mm): 15 mm
  • Average rainy days (>=1mm): 3

November is one of the months that see some rain in Lanzarote, but usually no more than 3 days per month and no more than 15 mm of rainfall. There have been some exceptions in the past years, including November 2018, which saw a lot more rain than it’s common for this time of the year.

Sunshine hours

Lanzarote gets an average of 7 hours of sunshine per day in November, so the days are shorter but you’ll still have time to enjoy in the sun.

Sea temperature in November in Lanzarote

  • Average sea temperature in November in Puerto del Carmen: 21.2°C / 70.2°F

Can you swim in Lanzarote in November?

With an average of 21.2°C / 70.2°F, it is still possible to swim in the ocean in November. However, this the temperature at the water surface, so it totally depends on what is the temperature outside and each person’s tolerance and preference.

Things to do in November

Since in November it is possible that not all days are beach days, here’s our top proposals of what to do in November in Lanzarote.

Fortunately, there are lots of things to see and places to visit, so you will not have time to be bored as long as you are willing to leave your hotel for the day.

Go to Rancho Texas in Puerto del Carmen

If it’s a cloudy day, you can reserve the day for a trip to Rancho Texas, the animal park in Puerto del Carmen. This is a great day out for the entire family and on Fridays and Tuesdays, they even have a Country Night with a cowboy parade, a lasso and cabaret show, dinner, and dancing on country music rhythms.

BOOK ONLINERancho Texas Lanzarote Park Entrance Ticket

  • Includes access to a dolphin demonstration and the chance to watch exotic birds and birds of prey

Visit Arrieta and Punta Mujeres on the North Coast

If you want to leave the busy resorts for a chilled day, you can drive up north and go to one of the smaller towns that retain their local charm. You have time to stop in Arrieta and Punta Mujeres and you could even go inland to Haria, where there’s a small market on Saturdays.

Events in November

Dia de Todos Los Santos – All Saints’ Day

1 November 2022

This is a religious event when locals remember their relatives who have passed away.

It is a festive day here in Spain, which means that everything will be closed (shops, supermarkets, public institutions, etc) so you should do your shopping that day.

Is November a good time to visit Lanzarote?

Lanzarote is a year-round tourist destination, especially for sun-seekers, so in our opinion, any month is a good time to visit Lanzarote.

Although it may not be the hottest month of the year, November in Lanzarote will still be much warmer than in the UK, Germany, or the rest of European countries.  It’s true that there is a possibility of a few rainy or stormy days, but if you’re coming for a few weeks you’ll most likely have glorious warm weather as well, and you’ll return home with a tan.

In Lanzarote, the daily mean temperature is 20.7°C  (69.2°F) in November, which is calculated as a mean between the average high temperature of 24.2°C  (75.6°F) and the average low of 17.2°C  (63°F).

  • Average rainy days (>=1mm): 3

Events in November

Dia de Todos Los Santos – All Saints’ Day

We base comfort level on dew point, as it determines whether sweat will evaporate from the skin, cooling the body. A lower dew point makes you feel more dry, while a higher dew point makes you feel more humid. Unlike temperature, which typically varies significantly between day and night, dew point tends to change more slowly, so while temperatures may drop at night, a wet day usually gives way to a wet night.

The probability that a given day will be raw in Lanzarote rapidly decreases during November, falling from 26% to 6% during the month.

Weather in the Canary Islands, Tenerife and Lanzarote

Posted on March 6, 2018 by boggor

WEATHER IN THE CANARY ISLANDS:
TENERIFE AND LANZAROTE in November-early December.
In general, in the Canary Islands in November-early December, the weather is pleasant, comfortable, the air temperature was 19-23 degrees all the days, and about 18-19 at night.
The weather in Tenerife is slightly different in the north and south. In the north there is more humidity and 1-2 degrees colder than in the south, in the south it is drier and warmer. On the recommendation of those living in Tenerife, we used the following weather sites:
For the south https://www.wunderground.com/forecast/es/puerto-de-santiago/28. 23999977%2C-16.84000015?cm_ven=localwx_10day
For the north puerto de la cruz https://www.wunderground.com/forecast /es/puerto-de-la-cruz?cm_ven=localwx_10day
colima forecast (colima is sand that comes from Africa to the Canaries, on days when colima prevails in the Canaries, it is recommended to close windows; visibility is worse): http://forecast .uoa.gr/dustindx.php?domain=atl
Comparing the forecast for the south and north with “our” sites – yr.no and accuwether.com, sinoptik.com.ua, we can say that the forecast is accurate for a maximum of 2 days. In Lanzarote, the situation is generally funny, weather sites gave out the temperature there constantly +13 + 15 during the day, in fact, when we arrived it was hot, in the shade the thermometer showed +27. At night, as it turned out, it’s also warm, but before going to bed, having read such “forecasts”, we wrapped ourselves up and clogged up, waited for the cold weather, thought it would be like in the desert, when the sun sets, it gets colder, but the cold never came to Lanzarote
As a result, out of 14 days in the Canary Islands, 1 day was very foggy and rainy (in the north of Tenerife on the day of departure), 1 day – light, scanty rain (only in the mountains near Teide), the rest of the time – clear, partly cloudy. The air humidity in Tenerife is much higher in the north, in Tequeste where we lived, it was a problem to dry towels, towels did not dry for days on the street or in the apartment, even in clear windy weather.
We also want to note one more feature of the weather in Tenerife – it is a strong wind, apparently due to the difference in temperatures on the coast and on Teide. For some reason, in the reviews of Tenerife, no one mentioned this, but the wind is everywhere, and strong and cold, in combination with the sun, it turns out that you first warm up, and then you are splashed with cold air.
Naturally, in the highlands of Tenerife, in the zone from 2000 meters, the wind is even stronger, the temperature there is 14 degrees and lower (near the Teide crater the temperature was +4). This wind creates some inconvenience, you have to dress / undress / change clothes all the time so as not to catch a cold. It’s also windy on the coast, it’s not comfortable to stay on the beach for a long time, it wasn’t cold for us undressed only if we managed to find some kind of barrier from the wind (as, for example, on Tejita beach (Playa de la Tejita: gps 28.

Visa: need Schengen . If you do not have it, then it is logical to make a Spanish Schengen, because most of this trip will be through the territory of Spain.

Baggage: hand luggage is included in the price, but check-in luggage must be paid separately.

Weather: in the Canary Islands the weather is almost the same all year round, and the flow of tourists does not stop even in winter.

So let’s start on flight Wizz Air from Astana to Budapest November 28 . Let’s immediately take a return ticket from Budapest to Astana on December 9, .

Booking example for Astana-Budapest-Astana for 89.98 euros or 38000 tenge round trip :

, and tickets for these flights can be bought at https://www.ryanair.com

November 29, departure from Budapest to Barcelona for 4619forint or 6000 tenge.

You can spend a couple of nights in Barcelona, and from there on December 1 we fly south – to Tenerife (North Airport) – for 12.99 euros or 5500 tenge .

You can drive from the airport to the south of the island in a rented car or bus – only 70 km, visiting the coastal towns along the way.

Departure back will be from Tenerife (South Airport) On December 6 we fly back to Barcelona for 25.20 euros or 11000 tenge . nine0003

Again, after a couple of nights in Barca and walking around the city , we fly to Budapest on December 8 for 26.76 euros or 11500 tenge .

Tenerife South , Canary Islands – November Weather

What’s the Weather like in Tenerife South in November

Temperature

November sees all of the monthly averages dropping towards their winter lows. The average temperature is 22°C between the average low of 18°C and an average high of 23°C which is a drop of 5°C from the average highs seen in summer. Average lows will continue to drop throughout the month to the December lows of 15°C. Temperatures here vary little, but other averages drop considerably more.

Rain

Average rainfall has increased to 20mm over 3 to 4 days and will keep increasing towards the end of the month and to the December high of 35mm falling over 5 to 7 days with occasional snow on Mount Tiede. This is a considerable increase from the dry summer months that sees no rain at all. Rainfall falls as drizzle and light rain with a low 16% chance of rain at any time during the wet months.

Humidity

Humidity levels also vary little during the year and the average humidity is 65% that is less than the 70% expected in July and September.

Average Sea Temperature and Sunshine Hours

The average ocean temperature has started to drop from the summer highs of 23°C to 22°C towards to a low seen in February of 19°C. Sunshine hours are the one average that does drop between summer highs of 12 hours and winter lows of 7 hours. Average sunshine in November is 9 hours and will be less at the end of the month.

Tenerife South Hotels in November

Vincci Seleccion La Plantacion del Sur is on the Costa Adeje where there are 165 rooms to choose from including double rooms, junior suites, deluxe villas and the Royal or Imperial Suites. All rooms are air conditioned with a full bathroom complete with hydro massage shower and bath and complimentary toiletries. Some rooms have views of the ocean and others have a private garden with Jacuzzi. Eat at the Gourmet Canario Restaurant serving an a la carte menu from fresh local produce.

Located in Playa de las Americas is the Europe Villa Cortes that is inspired by the colours and architecture of Mexico. Choose one of the 150 rooms set in landscaped grounds with ocean views from a deluxe or junior suite, suite or double room. Swim in the large pool complete with waterfall while the children play and splash in their own pool. Relax in the spa centre or relax on the private beach on a sun lounge.

Tenerife South Beach for November

The Playa de los Guios is between the cliffs at Los Gigantes and the Acantilados tourist complex. There are great views of the cliffs from the calm waters that lap the black sandy beach. There are sun parasols, sun lounges and pedal boats as well as some nearby cafes and bars.

Playa San Juan is near Los Gigantes and is a sand and pebble beach that has a two tone look. The beach is sheltered in a cove next to the fishing harbour. This is a quieter beach than the larger resort beaches like Playa de las Americas and Los Cristianos.

Bars and Restaurants

Eat at one of the 6 restaurants located at Europe Villa Cortez, La Sirena with paellas and seafood, Pancho Villa for fine Mexican fare, Tiziano with Mediterranean cuisine, Brauhaus with Bavarian food and beer, Veracruz breakfast buffet or the Beach Club for a light snack in front of the beach.

For some great international cuisines visit the Orange Café at Costa Adeje open every day. This is a great place to take the kids who can colour in while waiting for food where they can have a toasted sandwich or chips. Try the cheap beer and tasty sangria while waiting for your meal.

The Sun Inn at Sunset Bay offers you great British pub food in a pub atmosphere with quizzes and Sport on the TVs. The food is good and the servings on the generous side in a family run pub.

Things to do in Tenerife South in November

If you are after a different view of the Canary Islands try a Helidream Helicopter ride. Choose from one of 5 trips that operate every day. Fly over Los Gigantes, Mount Tiede, South Coast, Beaches and Canyons or Los Gigantes and Beyond. At various prices and lasting different times these are a unique way to see the area. This is a great trip for teenagers after a bit of an adrenaline adventure with or without mum and dad.

The Jungle Park at Las Aguilas is a great day out for the older teenagers, younger children and parents. There is a variety of animals and birds set in a tropical garden. A free bus will pick you up from various locations around Tenerife South and take you to Arona. Enjoy the Bird Show with the birds flying over the crowd. Watch as vultures and birds of prey as soar untethered into the air. There is also a High Dive Show where flying humans do dare devil stunts.

For an affordable diving adventure go to Golf del Sur to Mermaid Diving designed for couples and singles. There is a course to suit all levels of expertise and even an 8 year old can be certified.

Tenerife Jeep Safari gives you an open air drive around the Mount Tiede Volcanic Park and the village of Masca. The guided tour has you driving through the lunar like landscape of volcanic formations from Spain’s highest peak in Mount Tiede. The village of Masca is in a ravine valley made from volcanic formations that end in a secluded beach. Tours run year round every day except Sunday. Each tour is an 8 hour long day with free time to explore the areas on foot. Pick-ups are from Los Cristianos, Playa de las Americas, Costa Adeje and Playa Paraiso.

Spanish holiday resort just few hours from UK where it’s 25C in winter – and it’s perfect for kids too

GETTING back to nature doesn’t always involve 5am safari starts or nine-hour mountain hikes.

Sometimes, if you’re lucky, it can be as easy as lounging on a Bali bed with a chilled bottomless sangria in hand.

There’s great food and wine at the Landmar Costa Los Gigantes

Landi the turtle is the kids’ headline act

That was exactly how I was, a couple of weeks ago, when I spotted several whales off the coast of Tenerife.

OK, I had been squinting through my mum’s binoculars for a good 30 minutes, but nonetheless, there I was realaxing beside the pool, watching the animals breaching the waters south of the island.

Whales aside, it felt remarkable I was even lying there in my swimming costume in early November, a mere three hours and 40 minutes’ flight from the UK, given the torrential downpours we’d experienced in London before our trip.

The weather forecast said 25C every day but it felt more like 30C.
My mum, and I had packed three jumpers each for ourselves and my three-year-old son — and they never left the suitcase.

Yes, my pre-schooler was there. For despite unlimited cocktails and millennial-style sun loungers, this wasn’t an adults-only hotel.

Infact the Hotel Landmar Costa Los Gigantes was the most kid-friendly place I’ve ever been to.

We were staying in one of the Landi suites, the most popular of the hotel’s rooms — with a living room, balcony and bedroom that could easily sleep two adults and two children on camp beds.

Circus tent

But their huge selling point is the added extras that come with the room.

Depending on the age of your child, it will be stocked with items like changing tables, baby toys, bottle warmers — or in the case of my son, a potty, circus tent, blackboard, some snacks and a mini dressing gown and slippers.

Outside of the room, I was seriously impressed by little details to make parents’ lives easier, including free swim nappies and a self-service laundry area.

Equally friendly is the night-time silence — the suite’s thick walls, windows and doors meant we heard no noise in the night. Just as well given the amount we packed into each day.

As well as two large pools, two kids’ paddling pools, a water slide, a soft play area, a zip wire, a splash zone, a beach volleyball court and an astroturf football pitch, there is a decent arcade, with enough games to interest everyone from age two to 18.

If you want some grown-up time, there is a kids club daily, with a number of activities and the occasional appearance from the hotel’s mascot — a giant turtle called Landi.

Landi must be the hardest working turtle in Tenerife, because he’s often entertaining children by the pool, at the kids’ club and then he has a starring role in the nightly shows in the hotel’s theatre.

There is two hours of family-friendly entertainment every night, starting with a kids’ mini disco and followed by a more structured show — our favourite was the Disney showtunes, which featured performances by characters from Frozen, Aladdin, Beauty And The Beast and more.

If that sounds more like hell on earth than a good time, there is more grown-up-friendly entertainment in the bar area (where the magic never-ending sangria tap can be found), from either DJs or singers.

Grown-up time stretches to the spa and the gym too, which has an excellent panoramic view of the Atlantic Ocean.

Landi also hosts an early kids’ tea on Saturday evenings, although we skipped that in favour of the buffet.

This had a decent array of canapes, starters, mains and puddings to keep you happy for a week, including local Canarian delicacies of Papas Arrugadas aka “wrinkled potatoes” and red mojo sauce.

The breakfast is good too, we worked our way around all of the stations which offered plenty of freshly cooked choices.

The two a la carte venues feature Italian and grill options, but they’re not as good as the buffet in terms of quality.

Outside of the hotel but within walking distance are several nice restaurants overlooking the local beach.

With such an extensive kids’ offering, it would be tempting to stick within the confines of the hotel, but that would be a great shame given all this Canary island has to offer.

Excited by our Attenborough-at-cocktail-hour whale sighting from the sun lounger, we signed up for a three-hour whale-and-dolphin-watching boat trip with Flipper Uno.

Its pirate-style boat would have impressed my son enough, but we got to see at least 20 pilot whales up close as we sailed the impressive Los Gigantes coast, including a mother and its two-week-old baby.

The marine conservation area between Tenerife and La Gomera is home to around 400 pilot whales and bottlenose dolphins year-round, allowing the tourist boats to offer a 100 per cent guarantee of a sighting.

There was also time for a paella lunch and dip in the sea on the way back to the harbour.

The sea is warm enough for a comfortable swim even in November, so the next day we headed back to the shore, unable to resist building sandcastles in the novelty black sand.

Active volcano

You could easily fill a week’s trip with visits to Tenerife’s key attractions.

Siam Park, the world’s best waterpark according to TripAdvisor, is a 20-minute car ride away.

For a more natural high, you can hike up the island’s Mount Teide, an active volcano that’s also Spain’s highest point.

There’s a cable car for those who don’t fancy a hike — or have little legs to deal with — and you’re rewarded at the top with astonishing views of the surrounding islands and the Atlantic.

And for another high, take a tour of Tenerife’s vineyards and wineries to sample the local wine.

Canarian wine might not be the current fashionable tipple here in the UK but it was loved by some of the world’s biggest names in the 16th, 17th, 18th and 19th centuries.

Two US presidents, George Washington and Thomas Jefferson, were fans and it got mentions in three of William Shakespeare’s plays including Henry IV.

For such a small island, there is a wide range of reds and whites, some from vines that are centuries old.

It was so good, I took a couple home in my suitcase as an apology to my boyfriend, who was stuck in the office as we enjoyed island life.

Although from the amount my son has talked about black sand, pirate ships and whales since, it’s unlikely he’ll miss the next trip.

Andalusia, Spain

Average flight time: Three hours

Spain is a much-loved destination for Britons, and even in the winter months, certain regions can offer a dose of vitamin D for weary visitors.

While the Costa Del Sol might prove a little chilly for swimming, average high temperatures can hit a comfortable 20 degrees Celsius in Malaga.

There is minimal rain during the winter months, with the inland destination of Seville experiencing an average of six days of monthly rain in November according to TailorMadeAndalucia.

The mild temperatures and lack of tourist foot traffic make November a perfect time to relax and unwind.

Valletta, Malta

Average flight time: Three hours

If you’re looking for warm temperatures and plenty of opportunities to swim, then Valletta is the perfect option.

The average maximum temperature between November and December is around 19 degrees Celsius, with the average high sea temperature a toasty 22 degrees Celsius.

And if rain is your nemesis, the good news is Malta proudly has more than 230 sunny days every year – meaning it’s sunny more than 63 percent of the year.

    Athens, Greece

Average flight time: Three hours and 30 minutes

Much like Lisbon, Athens enjoys sunny conditions and temperatures of around 17 degrees Celsius in November.

However, it may be a better option for those looking to splash in the sea, with water temperatures averaging at a high of 20 degrees Celsius in the winter months.

While most travellers may think of historical sights and Greek ruins when they consider Athens, there are a number of public beaches just out of the city that are perfect additions to a city break itinerary.

Glyfada beach, the nearest sandy stretch to the urban sprawl, is a 22-minute drive away.

Luckily, Athens is well connected, so even those without a car can reach the coastline by public transport.

    Rome, Italy

Average flight time: Two hours and the 45 minutes

Rome is another metropolis that offers a sun-kissed city break with a twist.

Average highs in November hit a comfortable 15 degrees Celsius, meaning it’s warm enough to wander around without a jacket, but not so hot visitors will feel the need to hide in the shade.

However, the local sea temperatures are expected to be warmer than the outside temperatures, so if you’re looking for a city break with a side of swimming, that’s only a few hours away.

According to weather data, the average high water temperatures can hit a tepid 21 degrees Celsius in the winter months.

Tibidabo Beach is roughly a 53-minute drive from the city centre but offers a stunning setting to splash in the sea.

    Dubrovnik, Croatia

Dubrovnik, a city perched on the Adriatic coastline of southern Croatia, is one of the nation’s most prominent tourist destinations.

The area offers a delightful mix of historic urban surroundings and gorgeous sandy stretches.

There is a 50 percent chance of a perfect sunny day and a 50 percent chance of seeing some clouds, with on average 40mm of rainfall in November, according to TUI.

Soak in the Sun! Where’s Hot in Europe in October – The 5 Star Luxury Hotel Community

Did you know that autumn is the best time for beach holidays? Resorts and travel agencies call this period the “golden season”. Many popular beaches are not only less crowded in autumn but also more accessible.

It is no secret that in most European resorts, autumn begins in September, bringing rainfall, gusty winds, and cooler air temperatures. But that does not mean you have to give up swimming in turquoise waters and sunbathing on white-sand beaches.

Here are the best summer holiday destinations in Europe to soak in those last rays of sunshine!

      Corfu

As far as best October vacations go, Greece will be an excellent pick. But why choose Corfu in northeastern Greece for a beach holiday? Because Corfu is one of the greenest Greek islands, with thousands of olive trees carpeting the landscape.

Corfu is also less known and has a special charm. There are villas, hotels, and guesthouses catering to the needs of many tourists.

For example, the southern part of the island offers mainly loud leisure facilities for young people. In the middle and northern mountains, however, you can still see authentic Greek villages and natural landscapes.

In Corfu, the average temperature in October is between 23 and 27 degrees Celsius, so summer will definitely not be over if you travel here in autumn.

      Domes Miramare Corfu

If you are heading to Corfu, consider staying at Domes Miramare Corfu. The hotel is by the sea and surrounded by centuries-old olive trees. Guests can rejuvenate with a beach yoga class, relax with a wellness treatment or take a tour of the UNESCO World Heritage-listed Old Town.

Built-in the late 1960s on Greece’s most popular coastline, the hotel underwent an extensive renovation to restore it to its former grandeur from the time of Aristotle Onassis.

Domes Miramare Corfu consists of 3 main buildings and 11 bungalows. The hotel is for adults over 16 years of age only.

As you might expect, this destination is very popular during the summer months. For those craving a more peaceful experience, autumn is the best time to plan a visit. In late September and October, temperatures will be around 21-24 degrees Celsius.

      Andronis Arcadia

One of the best hotels in Santorini is Andronis Arcadia Hotel. The family-run luxury hotel is located on the outskirts of the picturesque town of Oia.

Each luxury room has its own private pool with spectacular views of the Aegean Sea and unforgettable island sunsets. The Evexia Spa offers personalized treatments and traditional massage techniques using luxurious products and soothing rituals.

The on-site restaurants provide a new gastronomic experience. Just imagine – cuisine inspired by the flavors and ingredients of classical Greece, combined with the aromas of ancient times. The restaurant uses fresh vegetables from its own garden and local delicacies.

      Madeira

Thanks to its unique climate, Madeira is known as the island of eternal spring. Green all year round, with stunning landscapes, and ideal for relaxing on the beach. Moreover, it is among the best places to visit in Europe in summer and excellent for fall vacations.

The spring weather here lasts throughout the seasons. Not too hot, but not too cold either. The average annual temperature is around +22 degrees Celsius. Even in the coldest months, it never drops below +16 degrees.

In Madeira, travelers will find beautiful natural parks, spectacular mountains, valleys, and reserves with rare animals and plants. It also boasts a pleasant climate, delicious wine, tropical fruits, and the hospitality of the local people.

Two-thirds of the island is a nature reserve, most of which is covered by laurel forests, rich in diversity of flora and fauna. Madeira is popular with outdoor enthusiasts who want to enjoy the untouched beauty of nature and throw themselves into new adventures.

In Madeira, a visit to Funchal, the island’s capital and largest city, is recommended. It is a port town where cruise ships regularly dock, and its coastline is full of excellent restaurants and hotels.

As well as the island’s historical heritage, the capital offers plenty of water activities. Surfing, diving, swimming in mountain streams, and even dolphin and whale watching – pick your favorite.

      Savoy Palace

When visiting Madeira, we suggest staying at Savoy Palace. The 5-star hotel in Madeira offers a relaxing stay complete with a restaurant, fitness center, and beautiful garden.

Savoy Palace is ideal for families with children, who can spend time in the mini club, while adults can relax in the spa or swim in the outdoor pool.

      Barcelona

If you have a fun holiday under the autumn Mediterranean sun in mind, the needle of your compass should point in the direction of Barcelona. It is one of Spain’s most vibrant and enticing cities, where lively culture, world-class cuisine, elegant architecture, and a laid-back lifestyle collide.

In autumn, Barcelona seems to breathe a sigh of relief since the tourist crowds that occupied it in summer are gone. During this period, locals are slowly returning from their holidays.

Autumn is one of the best times of the year to visit Barcelona, as even in October and November, the weather is warm and pleasant. The city’s beaches are still a pure treat!

The decline in tourist numbers means Barcelona’s main attractions are a little easier to visit. Calmer temperatures allow you to take it all in as you wander the shady streets of the Gothic Quarter and the elegant alleys of the Eixample.

The city is like a big open-air museum, mixing Romanesque, medieval and Catalan modernist architectural styles. At the same time, autumn in Barcelona is the time to relax, unwind and enjoy the city’s flavors.

Seafood on the beach, nights spent walking from bar to bar looking for tapas, and sun-drenched afternoons with a glass of vermouth and a bowl of olives will make your holiday unforgettable.

      Mandarin Oriental Barcelona

If you are looking for luxury hotels in Barcelona, pick the stylish Mandarin Oriental. The hotel is located in Barcelona’s most prestigious area, Passeig de Gracia. Staying there, you will be close to fashion boutiques, fine restaurants, and stunning buildings.

Foodies can enjoy high-quality, delicious meals all day long. The hotel itself has restaurants and bars serving a menu of Catalan and Mediterranean cuisine On-site, there is also a spa, fitness center, and a beautiful swimming pool.

Those who crave a particularly luxurious experience will be glad to hear each suite has the services of a butler. They will be pleased to cater to your needs 24/7.

      • Prices at the hotel start at 589 euros per night

As the summer days are passing, we dream of lazing on faraway beaches, admiring golden sunsets, and swimming in the ocean.

Fortunately, not all countries suddenly plunge into darkness at the end of August. Choose one of these European destinations for a vacation or short weekend break. Summer doesn’t have to end yet!

Where to go to the sea in November

In November, the travel map changes, except for year-round destinations. So, tours to Tunisia will still delight you with the heat (about + 30 ° C) and the warm sea. Approximately the same conditions await you when choosing a tour to the Dominican Republic or a tour to Goa. And for those who are not satisfied with just a beach holiday, tours to the UAE, tours to Cuba, Morocco or Mauritius are perfect – at this time it will be approximately +26 +28 ° С – quite comfortable weather for traveling around the country. Tours to the Seychelles or the Maldives can boast of the same. Traveling can be preferred to visiting interesting festive events. For example, Ramadan begins in mid-November in the UAE. Non-Muslims do not have to observe the traditional fast, but it is quite possible for one of the many concerts or festivals.

Hot beaches in November also offer Asian destinations, where this month just falls on the dry season. Therefore, you can safely take tours to Thailand or tours to Vietnam to lie on the soft sand under a really hot sun (the air temperature will exceed +30°C). By the way, if you find yourself in Thailand in the middle of the month, you can go to Turin to see the big show of elephants.

Also in November, many tourists prefer tours to Israel, where the weather is also pleasant + 25 ° C and the widest scope for excursions opens up, since there is something to see in Israel.

Holidays in November: where to go

What is the situation with European destinations. Tours to Italy, tours to Spain, tours to France – any choice means only excursion programs, because the weather in Europe is quite cool: from 15 ° C in Italy to + 10 ° C in Germany. A bus tour with visits to several countries in such conditions is a great option for relaxation. The peak season is passing and tours in November can be much cheaper than in summer. In addition, there are many interesting events taking place in Europe. For example, it is worth visiting the Christmas Market or the big annual carnival in Germany, or the feast of young Beaujolais wine in France.

Turkey, Greece and Cyprus will not please you with good weather in November. The tourist season is coming to an end here, in Turkey the temperature drops to +22 °C, in Greece and Cyprus it is cold – about +15 °C. However, this does not mean that these areas should be forgotten until next summer. The countries are interesting with many ancient architectural monuments – what to see. But you will have to limit yourself to city hotels, since the resort areas no longer accept guests! +7 (343) 216-16-22 You can leave a request for a tour, choose a last-minute tour or a special offer with a departure from Yekaterinburg. The application does not oblige you to anything, and personal data is protected. We will contact you within 15 minutes and discuss the good news about your future vacation.

Tours in Russia in November – tours in Russia in November – prices Follow them!

Or plunge into the realm of Antarctica, where life is rich and diverse. Kayaking with an overnight stay on the mainland, meeting with penguins, sea cruise. This trip will not leave you the same.

Popularity of tours in Russia in November can be easily explained by rather warm weather and calm atmosphere of tourist places. The air temperature is still high, the sun rarely hides behind clouds.

If you plan to travel in autumn and decide to go on a trip specifically to Russia, the choice depends only on planning an active holiday, or complete relaxation at a resort with sunbathing and mineral water. Winter is just approaching, the nature of Russia in November retains its attractiveness, delighting with the best colors of autumn. We offer the best prices for travel!

Supporters of family holidays will not regret the chosen tour to the Crimea, which is ideal for a holiday in November with children. The water in the Black Sea will no longer allow you to swim, but traveling to the highest unique waterfall of the peninsula, a trip to the Livadia Palace, and interesting bike rides through the picturesque places of Crimea will make the tour unforgettable.

Where to go if there are several public holidays during November? Go to nature with a group of friends and choose one of the sightseeing tours with accommodation in a village house, horseback riding, visiting the museum and other local attractions. Travelers will have the opportunity to see the amazing landscapes of the Palekh region, one of the most picturesque corners of the country.

Fascinating trip across Russia will be an unforgettable trip on SUVs through the North Caucasus. Mild autumn weather will allow you to enjoy the views of the alpine lake, waterfall and gorge. Trains will provide an opportunity to get to know such corners of Russia as Chechnya and Dagestan better.

Weekend tours in the three Caucasian republics are attractively priced per person. In the capitals of Chechnya, Ingushetia and North Ossetia, two-star hotels await visitors, rich and exciting excursion programs with a tour of mosques and monuments of ancient cities.

You can see Russia with the full decoration of the golden autumn by taking a jeep tour around the Kostroma region, which is part of the Golden Ring. Those who wish are given the opportunity to visit the ancient burial mounds of the Vladimir region, to see the architecture of Veliky Novgorod, which attracts tourists from all over the world.

For those who did not have time to go on vacation in November, there is an opportunity to get to Antarctica on a comfortable ship. A variety of tours in Russia include a cruise to South Georgia, visits to ski resorts, trips to the Crimea on bicycles and kayaks.

How to spend one day in Palma Mallorca

The capital of the Balearic Islands looks almost unreal when you first look at it in a magazine. And everything becomes more outlandish when you finally find yourself in front of its cathedral. Or stroll around at night on the promenade, inhaling the salty air of the Med. Some people arrive in Palma and never leave (like the famous English poet Robert Graves.) And once you visit, it’s easy to see why….

When to go where in Mallorca?

When to go where in Mallorca: green = good, orange = ok , red = for pensioners and sports only

In the image above, you find a quick overview of where it is best to go on holiday in Mallorca, depending on the month you are going. However, do know that this takes into consideration much more than just the weather.

November and December are generally not great months to visit Mallorca. The weather is cold and rainy except for some lovely sunny days here and there, but also many things on the islands are closed in this period.

January, February, March are also not advised for a beach holiday as the weather is much colder than during the summer months. However, many cyclists, runners and athletes still like these months because the weather is mostly dry. Mallorca in these months has very little traffic (as it does not have many tourists on it) and hotel accommodation is very cheap and provides ideal conditions for those who like to train. Also, retirees like these months as an extended stay in a hotel in these months are very cheap and offer a warmer climate than many other European countries around this time. These holidays are very popular with retirees from the colder countries in Europe, primarily Scandinavian ones. If you are going in these months, the resorts of Alcudia and Playa de Palma, as well as Mallorca’s capital Palma, are your best option.

June, July, August and September are the driest and hottest summer months and offer the best beach and pool holiday weather. They are also the busiest months on the island, with many families with children visiting the island in this period.

May and October also offer good weather and are cheaper than June, July, August and September on Mallorca. But the start of May and the end of October can have quite a lot of rainy days, but it is best to avoid these times. Also, during the start of May and the end of October, some things (bars, restaurants, excursions, attractions, hotels, clubs,…) on the islands might not be open yet or are starting to close down already because of the start and end of the summer season.

April could be a great month to find exceptional deals, especially outside of the Easter holidays. But the weather can be unpredictable, and much of the island will still be closed down. March can also be a good month for deals, but this is often not beach or pool weather yet. However, both months are generally quite sunny and mild and could make a great option to go and explore the island by car as roads are quiet and pretty empty in these months.

Mallorca price by month

Mallorca is the cheapest in January, February, March, November and December. The most expensive months are June, July and August. You can find the more moderate pricing in April and October and moderate pricing with decent weather in May and September. This makes May and September the best time to visit Mallorca on a budget.

School holidays influence the price and make that period also more expensive.

Accommodation and hotel prices by month in Mallorca

If you want to avoid the more expensive times to visit Mallorca, this website gives you a clear and constantly updated overview of when to go for the best deals.

Data source and citation

Raw data for the calculations made to find the sea surface temperature in Costa Adeje comes from the National Oceanic and Atmospheric Administration (NOAA) and their 1/4° daily Optimum Interpolation Sea Surface Temperature.

The water temperature data is constructed by combining observations from different platforms (satellites, ships, buoys, and Argo floats) on a regular global grid. A spatially complete sea surface temperature map is then built by interpolating to fill in gaps in the data.

90,000 reasons to invest in real estate in the Canary Islands, Spain

Details

The islands are an attractive tourist destination for people from all over the world.

Real estate in the Canary Islands is one of the most investment-attractive assets not only in the Spanish but also in the international market. The autonomous community is a first-class tourist destination for people from all over the world. Owners of local housing units receive a stable rental income, and at any time they can sell their property, earning a significant capital gain. Let’s analyze the key reasons to invest in real estate in the Canary Islands in more detail:

Developed tourism industry and mild climate

The subtropical climate, the omnipresent sun and the absence of even a hint of cold all year round make the Canary Islands an incredibly attractive destination for holidaymakers and buyers looking to invest in summer houses. With more than 12 million visitors a year, the autonomous community has ranked first among other tourist destinations in Spain.

Political and economic stability

As a full-fledged region within Spain, the Canary Islands have the status of a member of the EU. The political and economic stability that comes with this status is the main reason for legal and tax stability for foreign property owners. The community has seen steady economic growth since the development of the tourism industry in the 1960s. This factor minimizes the risk of losing investment in a holiday home in the medium to long term.

Attractive real estate market

Well-maintained beaches, good weather, well-developed infrastructure and relaxing atmosphere – these are the factors that make the Canary Islands an ideal place to buy real estate. Experienced investors know that investing in a place that is hot all year round is much more profitable than buying a property in any other tourist destination that turns into a ghost town in winter.

Modern infrastructure

Since Spain became a member state of the European Union in 1986, the Canary Islands have benefited from a significant increase in infrastructure investment. The local government is doing everything to improve the quality of life of the community and attract as many tourists as possible. His contribution has led to:

  • expansion of the road and public transport network;
  • development of airports, airlines and ports;
  • improvement of water and electricity supply systems;
  • improving health, public safety and education systems.
